Base Class: Ranger
The wild does not only hunt with teeth. It hunts with a voice. Rangers of the Siren Conclave track desire the way other rangers track blood: by heat, by the way a creature turns its head, by the song that should not work on a battlefield and does. They walk coasts, deep woods, and ruined ports where beauty is a warning. Their companions learn the same trick. Prey that hears the call often walks the last mile on its own.
Sirens Call
You gain proficiency in Persuasion. As a bonus action you can force one creature within 60 feet that can hear you to make a Wisdom saving throw (DC = spell save DC). On a failure it is charmed by you for 1 minute or until it takes damage. You can use this a number of times equal to your proficiency bonus, regaining all uses on a long rest.
Conclave Spells
3rd: charm person
5th: suggestion
9th: hypnotic pattern

Irresistible Mark
When you mark a creature with Hunter’s Mark (or your favored enemy feature), the first time it takes damage from you each turn it must succeed on a Wisdom saving throw or be charmed until the end of its next turn.
Song of Surrender
As an action you can force every creature of your choice within 30 feet that can hear you to make a Wisdom saving throw. On a failure a creature is charmed by you for 1 minute and must use its movement to approach you by the safest available route. Once you use this feature you can’t use it again until you finish a long rest.
