Base Class: Ranger

The Cowboy is for rangers who grew up in the tough and unforgiving desert frontier that learned how to effectively utilize the fire arm and how to handle animals

Fastest hand in the west

Once per long rest you can summon a revolver or shotgun, this becomes your arcane focus, that can change into whichever one you did not summon if you expend a spell slot. The revolver does 1d6+dex bonus piercing, or 1d8+dex bonus to creatures that you have activated hunter's mark on, with a range of 80 ft. The shotgun shoots from a point originating from the user in a 15ft cone and shoots 6 pellets; The user must succeed a attack roll against a creature with the shotgun then roll a d6 to see how many pellets connect, each pellet does 1d4 piercing, the shotgun also does not receive disadvantage on attack rolls while up close and receives advantage on their pellet roll if within 5ft. You are proficient with these once choosing the subclass.

old fashioned duel

When you inflict a creature with hunter's mark you can decide if you want to force them into a duel. If you choose to make them duel you you insult them and they must succeed a wisdom saving throw (this will not affect creatures with a intelligence score of 4 or lower unless you have already damaged them). If they fail the wisdom save then you and the creature are placed into a duel, the creature has disadvantage on attack rolls against any other creatures other than you and disadvantage on melee attacks against you (excluding animals or creatures that can not hold ranged weapons, example a wolf would not suffer the melee disadvantage but a goblin that only has a scimitar would suffer it) and you will also have disadvantage on attacks against other creatures and melee attacks against them, also your shotgun will get advantage against anyone who you are dueling.

High noon

Once per long rest you can use one of your guns to make an attack against up to 10 targets within range. Your revolver does damage to each target at the amount it would if they had hunter's mark on them (1d10) but you only attack each target with your main hand revolver and your shotgun has advantage on it's attack rolls while using high noon but enemies will not get affected by stray pellets. You can change the form of your gun for no cost if you use this feature before you make any attack rolls.
