Chronomancers are those attuned to the flow of time, usually born at the dawn of an important era in time. Their magic often goes unnoticed by the average person, but their knack for success often leads them to positions of power and legends of their exploits. Their unique attachment to time itself allows them, with proper training, to impart their will upon it.

Timeweaver

You bend the flow of time to shift reality to another outcome. Once per short rest, when an attack roll or saving throw is made within 30 ft of you, you can use your reaction to bend time and force that roll to be made again, adding or subtracting your Wisdom modifier from the new roll (your choice).

Chronoshift

You accelerate or decelerate time for a single creature of your choice within sight. Once per long rest, you can use a bonus action to choose one creature you can see (including yourself) within 30 feet and cast either Haste or Slow on that creature without using a spell slot or material component. A Haste or Slow spell cast by this effect does not require concentration, but only lasts for a number of rounds equal to your Wisdom modifier.

Rewinder

Once per long rest, as a reaction, you can use 3 of your sorcery points to rewind yourself to the location you started your turn in two rounds ago, recovering 1d8 + your Wisdom modifier hit points. If you used this feature as a reaction to being attacked, the attack misses if it would not hit you in the location you return to. When you return, you discharges magical energy from the shift in time, dealing your sorcerer level + your Wisdom modifier in force damage to all creatures within 10 feet of the point you returned to.

Moment Out of Time

Due to your mastery over the forces that dictate time itself, you have gained the ability to manipulate its details at will. Once per long rest, you can cast Time Stop without a spell slot. Additionally, whenever you cast Time Stop , its limitations change in the following ways:

  • Time Stop now only ends if you or an effect you create affects a hostile creature in any way.
  • Time Stop now always allows you to take a number of turns in a row equal to your Wisdom modifier, instead of 1d4 + 1 turns.
