Base Class: Monk
Monks of the way of the spirit focus on being in tune the spirit world. They can call upon spirits to aid them, and they can temporarily separate their own spirit from themselves.
Release Spirit
Starting at 3rd level, you can spend 1 ki to release your spirit from your physical body as a bonus action, it appears within 5ft of you and lasts for 1 hour. Your spiritual self is incorporeal, it can move through solid objects as if it were difficult terrain and is resistant to all damage (except psychic). It moves silently and has advantage on stealth checks to pass unnoticed but it must remain within 300 ft of your physical body.
Your spiritual self has the same movement speed, hit points, and features/abilities as yourself but cannot lift/carry/push objects weighing more than 10 lbs. It does not benefit from any equipment you are wearing. Your spirit can make unarmed strikes, benefiting from your Martial Arts, it uses your Wisdom modifier for attack and damage rolls. If your spirit is reduced to zero hit points it vanishes and your physical body falls unconscious, at 0 hit points but stabilised.
While your spirit is separated from your body, you are blind, deaf, and incapacitated. You instead see and hear through your spiritual self. If your physical body suffers damage your spiritual self is instantly returned to your body. When your spirit returns to you, you suffer all accumulated damage it has endured.
