Rogue
Base Class: Rogue

As a saboteur, you know how to infiltrate organizations to pilfer new technologies and secrets.

Level 3: Pilfer Secrets

Be it a forged document or a new curio to be brought to market, you can make convincing copies of it to suit your own ends.

Copier. You gain Tinker's Tools and a Forgery Kit, and proficiency with them both.

Restricted Access. You have advantage on checks to locate traps, find hidden items, and crack safes.

Level 3: Infiltrator

As part of your training, infiltrating even enemy headquarters comes with ease.

Look the Part. You gain a Disguise Kit and proficiency with it.

Sooth-sayer. You gain proficiency in Deception.

Level 9: Combat Scouting

You gain the following Cunning Strike options.

Wear Away (Cost: 1d6). Until the end of your next turn, the creature affected by this ability has -1 AC. Multiple of these effects can stack, but only once per sneak attack.

Dull Away (Cost: 1d6). Until the end of your next turn, the creature's weapon affected by this ability has -1 to attack and damage rolls. Multiple of these effects can stack, but only once per sneak attack.

Cry Away (Cost: 3d6). Until your next turn, the creature affected by this ability has disadvantage on all saving throws using an ability of your choice.

Level 13: Compromising Intelligence

With the right information, certain dominoes may tumble. If you study a person for at least an hour or have any sufficiently sensitive information (at dm's discretion), you gain the following benefits.

Distracted. Once per turn, you may use one of the cunning strike options without forgoing any sneak attack dice, and it does not count towards the number of cunning strike options this turn.

Threaten Leaks. You have advantage on Cha. (Intimidation) checks regarding the information, such as in blackmail settings.

Bring to Light. During combat, you may, as a bonus action, reveal a physical piece of intelligence (only once per creature) related to the creature being targeted. The creature must make a Wisdom saving throw with the dc being equal to 8 + your dex mod + proficiency bonus, or you can apply one of the following effects:

1. A creature that failed this save has advantage on all attack rolls, but all attack rolls against them have advantage. A creature affected this way may repeat the save at the end of each of its turns to end the effect.

2. The creature affected in this way cannot take reactions, actions, or bonus actions until the end of your next turn.

Level 17: Target Weak Points

Even in combat, your strikes manage to sabotage your enemies' offenses and defenses. The cunning strike options Wear Away and Dull Away now last until repaired by a blacksmith, the mending spell, or similar means.
