Base Class: Bard
Bards under this college are a rarity, as most bards prefer to express themselves with music. They are generally more ragged and rough in terms of their appearances; their clothes, skin and hair are generally stained with their constant use of paints and inks. It is rumoured that through practice and determination, these bards can actually bring their artwork to life to serve them as familiars and followers.
Bonus Proficiency
When you join the College of Paint at 3rd level, you gain proficiency with the Painter's Supplies and two skills of your choice.
You can also use your Painter's Supplies as a spellcasting focus for your bard spells.

The weapon and effects lasts for 1 minute, when the duration ends the weapon and effects turns into a puddle of ink.
Additionally, as a Bonus Action you can expend a bardic inspiration die to extend a summoned creature's or weapons duration by 1 hour.

At 14th level, You have gained the ability to associate different colored paints with elements. As an action, you can choose between red, yellow, green, and red paint and paint a elemental. You can do this once per Long Rest.
That elemental appears in an unoccupied space within 20 feet of you and is under your control for 1 minute. The summoned elemental acts independently of you, but it always obeys your commands. In combat, it rolls its own initiative and acts on its own turn. If you don't issue any commands to it, it defends itself from hostile creatures, but otherwise takes no actions. When the duration ends or if the creature drops to 0 hit points, the creature collapses into a puddle of ink.
