Combat Cooking
-
You gain expertise in cook's utensils and brewer's supplies
Your knowledge and experience within the kitchen transfers over to the battlefield. Once per turn you may use one of the following techniques:
- Tenderize. When you hit a creature with a melee weapon attack, the next attack that creature receives will deal extra damage equal to your proficiency bonus
- Flambé. As a bonus action, you can cause your weapon to emit a burst of flame. This fire deals fire damage equal to 1d6 plus half of your Fighter level
- Shucking. When you hit an enemy with a melee weapon attack, you can reduce their AC by 2 until the end of their next turn.
- Trussing. A creature of your choice within 5 feet of you must pass a Dexterity saving throw or be restrained. You must have cook's utensils on you to use this.
- Garnish. You may give your ally an item from your inventory as a bonus action.
- Trimming. When you hit a creature with a melee weapon attack, they must succeed on a dexterity saving throw or be drop an item they're holding of your choice.
- Spiralize. When you make a melee weapon attack, you instead make a melee weapon attack against each creature within 5 feet of you.

Level 3: Fighting Food
During a short or long rest, you may create specialized recipes designed to invigorate the body and fighting spirit. This food grants those who eat it a use of the Fighters second wind dice until the next dawn. This dice is equal to the Fighters own. This food must be eaten during the rest, or it loses its special properties. Once consumed, they cannot gain the special effect again until the next long/short rest.
Magical Meals
Once per long rest, you may create up to 3 food items that have the properties of a potion. These effects include:
- A Potion of Healing
- A Strength potion which gives whoever drinks it 16 strength until their next long or short rest
- A Potion of Water Breathing
- A Potion of Watchful Rest
- A Potion of Climbing
Once created, they last for 1 day, and lose their magical properties on the next dawn.
The Potion of Healing effect will increase to a Greater Potion of Healing effect at level 10.
Handle The Heat
Your Flambe now deals fire damage equal to your fighter level instead of half of it.
Due to your extensive time near hot stoves, fires, and your own weapon, you are now resistant to fire damage.
Your weapon can also produce a constant, controlled heat similar to that of a stove. Your weapon now functions as campfire or stove.
Sharpest Knife in the Drawer
Your expertise in cooking utensils and butchery allows you to utilize your weaponry just as well. You gain the following benefits:
- You can increase the effectiveness of weaponry similar to cooking utensils. You can increase the damage dealt by hand axes, light hammers, clubs, daggers, and shortswords to 1d8 while not wielding a weapon in the other hand.
- You can utilize any weapons as cook's utensils
- When you land a critical hit, you can choose to sever a tendon, muscle, or joint. Doing this will reduce the creatures movement speed by half and give it disadvantage on dexterity saving throws when the lower body is targeted, or have their melee and unarmed attacks be at disadvantage, and give them disadvantage on strength saving throws when the upper body is targeted. This effect will last for 1 minute, or until the creature restores hit points.
Adamantine Chef

When you use Fighting Food, allies that use your Second Wind die will also gain heroic inspiration.
You can now use up to 2 different cooking techniques per turn.
You are resistant to poison damage and have advantage on all saving throws related to being poisoned, as your wide tastes have allowed you to build up a resistance.
