Base Class: Artificer
Runecarvers are artificers who have mastered the ancient art of imbuing magical power into carefully crafted symbols. Through meticulous carving, engraving, and inscription, they transform ordinary objects into conduits for arcane forces.
A Runecarver's runes can empower weapons, fortify armor, manipulate magic, and produce supernatural effects when activated. To a Runecarver, every mark has meaning and every surface holds the potential to become a source of power. Their creations are as much works of craftsmanship as they are expressions of arcane knowledge.
Features by Level:

Level 3: Tools of the Trade
