Base Class: Rogue
Blood Wielder’s have mastered the ability to wield the blood of other’s and themselves to gain strength and inflict pain. With a master of these abilities you can move through shadows and use both your own blood and the blood of your foes to achieve various powers such as healing, to inflict pain and to move in new ways. All blood wielders have an inherent obsession with blood and and how it can be used but most of all, and perhaps most unsettling, is their obsession with the taste.
Blood recovery
Feeding on the blood of others allows you to regain strength. Once per long rest you can consume the blood of another creature in order to regain health. The creature must be deceased and upon drawing from it you recover hit points equal to half the max hp of that creature rounded down. This cannot be done to undead creatures or those who do not have blood.
Blood wielding
Your training in the arts of blood allows you to manipulate and control it to your will. Any blood that has been spilled out of any person’s body can be bent to you will in the same way as the control water spell.
Blood turning
You have gained the strength to bend the blood of living creatures to inflict pain to them. Twice per long rest you can use an action you can target any creature in range. The creature must make a DC 17 constitution save or suffer 6d8 bludgeoning damage and be held in place as if targeted by the hold person spell. They take half damage on a failed save and are not held in place. This damage increases to 8d8 at level 13 and 10d8 at level 17.
Blood form
You can now use you abilities to control blood to change you form. This allows you to change your body into a flow of blood. It takes an action to change into or out of this form. While in blood form you gain a flying speed of 30ft, advantage on stealth checks and attacks against you have disadvantage. You cannot take any actions other than dash or transform back into your regular form while in blood form.
Bloody execution
Now that you have mastered your control over blood, you have gained the ability to execute others using their blood and your own. Once per long rest, you can target any creature that you can see, if you have access to some of that creatures blood and the creature has been wounded in some way. The creature must succeed on a DC 19 constitution saving throw. If the creature fails the saving throw it suffers 30d10 of bludgeoning damages as its blood attempts to force itself out of there body. If this attack would drop the creature to 0 hit points, the creature implodes into a bloody mess. The creature takes half damage on a successful save.
