Base Class: Rogue
Do the Impossible and Implausible
There are many rogues across the multiverse, but only an extraordinarily rare kind can become a Mythical Scoundrel. You are one of those few, something like a figure of legend- only, your talent and incredible power must be cultivated and be allowed to grow.
Level 3: Wisdom of the World
You gain proficiency in two skills of your choice. When you finish a Long Rest, you can replace either of the proficiencies with another one.
Level 3: Underhanded Trickery
Creatures provoke an Opportunity Attack from you when they move within your reach with a melee weapon. When you make an Opportunity Attack against a creature, the attack has Advantage.
When you use Sneak Attack as part of your Action, Bonus Action, or Reaction, you can debilitate the target. Until the end of your next turn, the target must subtract 1d6 from any D20 test it makes.
You can debilitate a creature a number of times equal to your Proficiency Bonus, and you regain all expended uses when you finish a Short or Long Rest.
Level 9: Reality-Bending Antics
Your cunning can momentarily bypass the laws of the universe itself. If you would miss an attack roll made on your turn, you can roll 2d6 and add the total rolled to your attack roll, potentially causing the attack to hit. If you do so and either of the d6s rolls the same number as your Proficiency Bonus, you can also ignore any restrictions on applying your Sneak Attack to that hit.
If both of the d6s roll the same number as your Proficiency Bonus and the attack hits, the hit also becomes a Critical Hit.
Once you use this feature, you cannot do so again until you roll Initiative or finish a Short or Long Rest.
Level 13: Cheat the Universe
You can use up to three Cunning Strike effects when you deal Sneak Attack damage, paying the die cost for each effect. You can use this feature three times, and you regain all expended uses when you finish a Short or Long Rest.
Additionally, the following effect is now among your Cunning Strike options.
Cheat Out (Cost: 0d6). Each other Cunning Strike option you add to this instance of Sneak Attack has no die cost. For each Cunning Strike option you added, except for this one, the attack deals 1d6 extra damage of the same type.
Level 17: Fool the Gods
Even the gods would fall victim to your trickery. When an enemy you can see would take a Legendary Action, you can make an Opportunity Attack against that enemy. If you hit, you gain control of the target for the duration of its Legendary Action, and decide every aspect of how that Legendary Action resolves.
You can use this feature three times, and you regain all expended uses when you finish a Short or Long Rest.
