Base Class: Bard
The College of Rebellion is that of bards who devote their practice to the uplifting and empowering of those under the control of powerful forces. Bards of this college use their natural sense of rebellion and justice to spur revolutions, inflame the passions of the downtrodden, and direct punishment towards those who deserve it.
Level 3: Battle Cry
When you choose this bard college at 3rd level, you are able to infuse your Bardic Inspirations with your own fighting spirit. When a creature uses one of your Bardic Inspiration dice on their turn, they can immediately take an additional weapon attack as part of their main Action. Additionally, the damage of this attack will increase by the amount rolled on the Bardic Inspiration die
Level 6: Invoke Free Will
Starting at level 6, as part of the same bonus action used to give a creature Bardic Inspiration, you can also end the effects of the Charmed or Frightened conditions on that creature. After you use this ability, you cannot use it again until you take a short or long rest.
Level 6: Fury of the Downtrodden
Also at level 6, you can attempt to enflame the anger of those around you, urging them to act. As an action, choose a creature you can see that can hear you. The creature must succeed on a Charisma saving throw or become enraged by you. Enraged creatures will add +2 to any melee attacks they make, gain resistance to non-magical melee damage, and have advantage on Strength checks and saving throws. However, enraged creatures will become unable to cast or concentrate on spells and have disadvantage on Wisdom saving throws. The creature will remain enrage for one minute, until you end the condition, or until they take no damage for one full round.
You can only have on creature enraged this way at a time. You can use this ability a number of times equal to your Charisma modifier per long rest.
Level 14: Equip the Masses
At 14th level, your ability to empower your allies can now be spread across a group. Whenever you cast a spell with Buff tag that targets one or more creatures (excluding self), you can expend a use of your bardic inspiration to apply the effects of that spell to twice as many creatures.
