Sorcerer
Base Class: Sorcerer

A class built around using the power of the Holy Oil.

Form of Oil

You have felt the touch of Divine Oil. It has shaped your body and soul in odd ways while seeping into every pore. As an action, you can take the Form of Oil for 1 minute. While in this form, you gain the following benefits until you end it willingly or become unconscious.

- You gain vulnerability to fire damage and become flammable. Any fire damage dealt to you lights you on fire and causes you to take half of the damage of that effect at the start of your next turn before burning out. However, you have resistance to basic weaponry.

- When you take the attack action, you may replace any number of attacks with a special melee magic attack called a "Glob slap'. Making a melee spell attack against the target, and on a successful hit you deal 1d6 plus charisma necrotic damage and cover the creature in oil. A creature covered in this oil is vulnerable to fire damage, immunity is turned to resistance, and resistance becomes normal damage instead. This effect ends when the creature takes fire damage, or uses an action to wipe it off.

- You can move through spaces as if you were liquid, similar to a plasmoid.

Endless Fuel of Oil

You can create the Holy Oil for your own personal use, using it as a special spell focus for spells that deal fire damage or for vehicles that require fuel. A number of times equal to your charisma bonus, you may use this oil to enhance a fire spell you cast by consuming a drop of the oil within you. When you do so, the damage dice of that spell is increased by one stage and any meta magic used on that spell has its cost reduced by 1 to a minimum of 1. You can also use this oil to power vehicles, technology or anything that requires fuel. If used in this manner, the oil will allow the object to run for 5x its normal length or enhance it depending on the effect. In addition, your oil form gains the benefit of not being able to have its form changed without your approval.

Glory of Holy Petroleum

The oil you harness is enhanced by the divinity of the Oil Maiden, allowing you to harness it's power more efficiently. Fire spells you cast while in your oil form cannot be counterspelled unless the counterspell is cast at a higher level than the spell and ignore resistances. Your oil form grants you immunity to nonmagic weapons instead of resistances and the damage of your Glob slap is increased to a d10.

Once per long rest, you may flap wildly in place to fling oil everywhere around you in a 15ft radius centered on yourself. Each creature in the radius is covered in oil as if effected by your Glob slap, friendly creatures however are invigorated by the power of the holy oil healing for 3d8 health as the oil hardens on them, increasing their AC by 2 for the next minute.

Protection of the Crude

Your oil form no longer makes you vulnerable to fire damage and gains the following effects.

- It now reduces immunity to straight damage, the oil does not allow those to rebuke the holy flames it causes.

- You gain 2d8 temp hp at the start of your turn as oil hardens around you constantly, in addition to your AC increasing by 2 while in your oil form.

- Whenever you burn the oil you cause with your form, the creature is ignited and suffers from half the damage of the effect at the start of their turn.

- While in your oil form, you gain a special sorcery point every round called an "oil point". This can be used to use any metamagic feature regardless of its cost once per turn.
