Base Class: Barbarian
All barbarians are united in anger, but some take it a step further. Most barbarians rage to win fights, protect their allies, and achieve victory at all costs. For those who walk the Path of Hatred, they rage not because they want to win, but because they want their opponents to lose. These barbarians do not hate because they are angry - they are angry because they hate.
Level 3: Hated Enemy
When you start your Rage, you can designate a creature you can see as your Hated Enemy. When attacking your Hated Enemy, your Rage Damage Bonus is doubled until the end of your Rage. When your Rage ends or when your Hated Enemy dies, they cease to be your Hated Enemy.
Level 6: Spiteful Resistance
You have resistance to all damage dealt by your Hated Enemy except for Force, Necrotic, Psychic and Radiant damage.
Level 10: Vicious Taunt
You can take a Bonus Action to taunt a creature who can hear and understand you. If you are Raging, you can designate them as your Hated Enemy, and they must succeed on a Wisdom saving throw or have disadvantage on the next d20 test they make in the next minute. The DC for this saving throw is equal to 8 + your Proficiency Bonus + your Strength modifier. You can use this feature a number of times equal to your Proficiency Bonus, and all expended uses are restored when you finish a Long Rest.
Level 14: Animose Strike
When you hit your Hated Enemy with a Strength-based attack, you can treat the attack as a Critical Hit. When you do so, you gain one level of Exhaustion.
