Base Class: Bard
Found scattered across the world, never being tied to one place, bards from the College of the Wind harness the power of wind by focusing it in their wind instruments. Bards of the College of Wind are known to be carefree and easy, until push comes to shove and then they rain down tempests known upon whomever dared attack them. Fairly prone to mood swings to put it lightly. Because of their normal gregarious manner, people trust them quite easily, benefiting charisma and their ability to trick others. Their purpose is often undefined and ever changing, leading to them being spontaneous, but also quick on their feet.
