Monk
Base Class: Monk

Warriors of Flaming Fury channel their inner vitality into searing flame, turning the disciplined techniques of a Monk into a relentless inferno. Rather than seeking serenity by suppressing their strongest emotions, these warriors learn to harness passion, determination, and fury as fuel for their martial arts.

Through intense training, a Warrior of Flaming Fury can wreath their strikes in fire, unleash bursts of scorching energy, and move across the battlefield with the speed and ferocity of a spreading blaze. As their mastery grows, the flame within them burns ever hotter, allowing them to endure punishing heat and overwhelm their foes with increasingly destructive techniques.

To these warriors, fire is more than an element, it is the embodiment of an indomitable spirit. Whether their flames arise from mystical discipline, supernatural heritage, or sheer force of will, a Warrior of Flaming Fury fights like a living wildfire: swift, fierce, and difficult to extinguish.

Level 3: Fire Manipulation

You know the Control Flames cantrip. Wisdom is your spellcasting ability for it.

In addition, as a Magic action, you can touch an unattended flammable object that isn't being worn or carried and cause it to ignite.

Level 3: Searing Strike

When you make an Unarmed Strike, you can cause it to deal Fire damage instead of its normal damage type.

In addition, when you make an Unarmed Strike that deals Fire damage, you can reduce your Martial Arts die by one die size for that attack to increase its reach by 10 feet. The die is reduced as follows: a d6 becomes a d4, a d8 becomes a d6, a d10 becomes a d8, and a d12 becomes a d10.

Level 3: Fire-Fist Stance

At the start of your turn, you can expend 1 Focus Point to enter a special stance that enhances your fire-wielding techniques. The stance lasts for 10 minutes.

While the stance is active, you gain the following benefits:

Flame Adept. Fire damage you deal with your Unarmed Strikes and Monk features ignores Resistance to Fire damage.
Flame Ward. You have Resistance to Fire damage.
Blazing Force. When you hit a creature with an Unarmed Strike that deals Fire damage, you can push or pull that creature up to 10 feet directly away from or toward you.

Level 6: Scorching Leap

Your flames propel you across the battlefield with explosive speed. While your Fire-Fist Stance is active, your Speed increases by 10 feet.

In addition, if you haven't moved on your turn, you can expend all your movement for that turn to leap up to 30 feet to an unoccupied space you can see. This leap can carry you horizontally or vertically, doesn't require a running start, and doesn't provoke Opportunity Attacks.

Level 11: Burning Soul

While your Fire-Fist Stance is active, you gain the following benefits.

Phoenix Revival. When you would take Fire damage, you can take a Reaction and expend 5 Focus Points to take no damage instead and regain a number of Hit Points equal to the Fire damage you would have taken after applying your Resistance to Fire damage.
Unbroken Flame. When you deal Fire damage with an Unarmed Strike or Monk feature to a creature that has Immunity to Fire damage, that creature takes half the damage instead of no damage.

Level 17: Eternal Blaze

The flame within you can no longer be extinguished. Your Fire-Fist Stance is permanently active, and you no longer need to expend a Focus Point to enter it.
