Bard
Base Class: Bard

This Bardic college focuses on improving their skill with their instrument of choice more than anything else.  These masters of performing can enchant masses of people merely by playing one note, and then string them along the rest of the time.  When you hear a bard from the College of Virtuosity perform, you walk away a different person.  Perhaps even the person the bard wanted you to be . . .

Musical Expertise

At 3rd level, you have advantage on any History checks about music, and have advantage on Charisma checks if you are playing an instrument at the time.

Inspiring Song

When you choose this college at 3rd level, you can expend a Bardic Inspiration die as an action to activate this ability.  If you do so, you start to perform for 1 minute.  While performing, you cannot take any actions without ending your performance.  Friendly creatures within 30 ft. of you gain a bonus to all ability checks, attack rolls and saving throws equal to your Charisma modifier.  You can end this performance as a bonus action.

Musical Manipulation

At 6th level, creatures have disadvantage on any saving throws you force on them against being charmed, or similar effects (command, suggestion).

Stunning Performance

Starting at 14th level, you can expend and roll a Bardic Inspiration die as an action.  If you do so, you perform a swift, virtuosic song that stuns enemies in your vicinity.  Any hostile creatures you choose within 30 feet of you must make a Wisdom saving throw contested by your Charisma (Performance) check.  On a failure, they are stunned for a number of rounds equal to the number you rolled on the Bardic Inspiration die.
