Base Class: Monk
The Bloodspire Monastery is the home to the monks of the Crimson Fist. Followers of the Raven Queen who imbue their bodies with power from focused rage, these monks take pride in ushering mortals to the grave and often take contracts as spies and assassins. Their trademark feature is the red coloration that overtakes their natural skin tone on the right hand and forearm of each member. When focusing their ki into an attack the hand and arm glow red and can burn through bandages and other light cloth materials.
Crimson Fist Technique
Starting when you choose this tradition at 3rd level, you can manipulate your ki into dealing more deadly attacks. Whenever you hit a creature with one of the attacks granted by your Flurry of Blows, it must succeed on a Dexterity saving throw or take an extra 1d4 necrotic damage for each attack that hits.
Death's Blessing
At 6th level, you gain the ability to channel the waning life force of those passing into the Shafowfell in order to heal yourself. As an action, you can regain hit points equal to three times your monk level. You must finish a long rest before you can use this feature again.
Menacing
Beginning at 11th level, you can enter a special meditation that surrounds you with an intimidating aura. After a long rest, you gain the ability to enter a trance and gain the effect of a cause fear spell that lasts for 1 minute. The saving throw DC for the spell equals 8 + your Wisdom modifier + your proficiency bonus.
Demolition Fist
At 17th level, you gain the ability to channel a huge amount of destructive ki into your fist in order to deal a lethal blow. When you hit a creature with an unarmed strike, you can spend 5 ki points to deal a massive strike to an enemy. When you use this action, the creature must make a Constitution saving throw. If it fails, it is reduced to 0 hit points. If it succeeds, it takes 10d10 necrotic damage.
