Base Class: Cleric
Members of the Thu'um Domain are scholars of a specific dialect of draconic that allows them to affect the world around them. There are few deities of this domain, and the three best-known ones are Tiamat, Null, and Bahamut.

Shout to Spell Conversion
For balance reasons, we could not give the Thu'um Cleric all the potential abilities granted in Skyrim as class features. However, we have tried to match the shouts that weren't made into class features with existing spells that have similar effects, as listed below. At your DM's discretion, these spells may be added to your spell list if they aren't there already, and you may be able to use them with only a verbal component.

Dragonborn
At level 1, you can use your voice as a holy symbol, you may use your Constitution or Wisdom score- whichever is higher- for casting, and you gain the ability to speak, read, and write Draconic, if you don't know it already. Additionally, when a dragon dies within 60 feet of you, you gain the benefits of a short rest.
Unrelenting Force
Starting at 1st level, you can use your voice to create a 15-foot cone of force. Creatures in this cone must make a Constitution saving throw. The DC for this saving throw equals 8 + your Constitution modifier + your Proficiency Bonus. A creature takes 2d6 Thundering damage and be pushed 10 feet on a failed save, and half as much damage and not be pushed on a successful one. The damage increases to 3d6 at 6th level, 4d6 at 11th level, and 5d6 at 16th level. Once you use this ability, you can’t use it again until you complete a short or long rest. (or gain the benefits of one from your Dragonborn feature). Using this ability creates sound that can be heard within 200 ft.
Whirlwind Sprint
Starting at 2nd level, you can embody the wind. You gain the ability to dash as a bonus action as long as it’s all in a straight line. If you move at least 30 feet in such a way, you may make a melee attack with a +5 bonus to the attack roll, so long as you haven’t attacked yet during that turn. You can make such an attack a number of times equal to your Constitution or Wisdom modifier (whichever you chose for your casting stat) per short rest. Using this ability creates sound that can be heard within 100 feet.
Channel Divinity: Clear Skies
Starting at 6th level, you can use your Channel Divinity to clear inclement weather conditions within 300 feet, which is also the range at which non-dragons can hear this shout. Dragons within 600 feet not only hear it, but must make a Wisdom saving throw vs your spell save DC or be goaded and must use their action each round to dash to your location to fight you.
Channel Divinity: Dragonrend
Starting at 8th level, you can use your Channel Divinity to force dragons to land by imbuing their very soul with the concept of mortality. A dragon targeted with this ability is grounded for one minute, and during that time, rolls all attack rolls, ability checks, and saving throws with disadvantage for the duration. Dragons under the effect of Dragonrend are vulnerable to attacks from Clerics of the Thu’um who have the ability to use dragonrend, even if they didn’t personally use it.
Call Dragon
Starting at 17th level, you can call a dragon of a CR equal to 1/3 your level to your aid. Their alignment shifts to be no more than one step away from yours, and they stay with you until they die, at which time you may call another, as long as you have had a long rest since the last time you called a dragon. They consider themselves an ally and will not intentionally harm you, but accidents may happen. While the CR is non-negotiable, you may change color and breath weapon typing as desired upon summoning the dragon for flavor purposes.
