College of Shanties

"While the waves raged against the crew of the Merry Lady, the captain barked orders at the crew in harsh words. While they worked, a merry tune seemed to follow close behind all of them, with the rythmic slamming on a barrel from the first mate."

The College of Shanties is known for sea-faring musicians, often raising the morale of their entire crew with songs. They are often known for having good relations with their mates, and a true heart for exploration.

Improvised Musician

At level 3, you can use practically anything as a musical instrument (at the DM's discretion).

Pirate Knowhow

At 3rd level, you gain proficiency in water vehicles and martial weapons.

Strong Shanty

Also at 3rd level, as a bonus action, you can give all allies within 20ft. of you advantage on their next attack. This can be used an amount of times equal to your Charisma modifier until you need a long rest to recover.

Dirty Brawling

At 6th level, if you use an opportunity attack, you may use a bardic inspiration die and add it to your attack roll and damage roll.

Pirate's Life for Me

Starting at 14th level, when you use you Captain's Shanty, all allies including yourself gain +2 AC until your next turn.
