Base Class: Monk
Only recently has the Order of the Deep Sight come to light in nearby kingdoms. Wanderers with strange tattoos and odd mannerisms passing through on their way to the west or north. They do not speak of where they came from, nor of their occupation, but none can deny their skill in combat nor their mastery over the flow of the Aether.
Kindred Soul
When you choose this subclass at third level, you become able to spend 1 ki point to tether yourself to a number of allies equal to your monk level +1. For one hour, the selected individuals, including yourself, get a +1 bonus to AC and a +1 bonus to melee weapon and unarmed attacks.
Silent Truths
Words are lies to the Way of Deep Sight, by remaining silent and studying the actions and behaviors of others you can gain insight as to the truth of things. You can double your proficiency bonus for animal handling or insight checks made to interact with creatures and people. You may use this feature a number of times equal to your proficiency.
The Primordial Thread
By meditating on the truths of life, you have gained the ability to hone your intuitive sight. You gain proficiency in Insight if you did not already have it, or expertise if you did. In addition, you can spend 2 ki points to gain advantage on a persuasion or deception check.
Truths Unbound
You have become attuned to the residual energies connected to items or people. By expending a ki point, you can use your action to focus on the object or individual's history. When you take this action, you operate under the effects of legend lore related to that specific creature or object. If a creature is unaware that this action is being taken or is unwilling, they must succeed on a wisdom saving throw (DC {{savedc:wis}}). Whether they succeed or fail, they will know that someone had attempted to cast a spell.
Veil of Thoughtweft
At 17th level, you become wreathed in a luminous, magical aura that is a physical manifestation of your soul. Your understanding of the interconnected nature of all things has given you the ability to cast Telepathic Bond You shed bright light in a 30-foot radius and dim light for an additional 30 feet. You can extinguish or restore the light as a bonus action.
If a creature hits you with a melee attack while this light shines, you can use your reaction to deal radiant damage to the creature. The radiant damage equals 5 + your Wisdom modifier.
