Creating a Warlord

As a Warlord, your highest skills should be Charisma and Constitution, additionally place points into Strength and Intelligence.

Warpaint

When you choose this archetype at 3rd level, you gain proficiency in Painter's supplies and Intimidation.

Battlecry

Starting at 3rd level, as a bonus action you may scream a battlecry. When you do choose one of the effects below:

Courageous Charge, each ally within 30 ft. gains advantage on ability checks and attack rolls until the start of your next turn.

My War Face, each enemy within 30 ft. rolls a Wisdom saving throw and on a failure cannot willingly move until the start of your next turn.

Dispiriting Taunt, choose one enemy within 30 ft. it rolls a Charisma saving throw and on a failure has disadvantage to attack creatures other than you until the start of your next turn.

Let's Focus Up, each ally within 30 ft. gains +1 to attack rolls, damage rolls, and saving throws against a creature of your choice within 30 ft. until the start of your next turn.

Saving Throws. Some of your Battlecry require creatures to make a saving throw to resist the battlecry’s effects. The saving throw DC is calculated as follows:

Battlecry save DC = 8 + your proficiency bonus + your Charisma modifier.

You regain the use of this feature upon completion of a short or long rest.

Commanding Presence

Starting at 3rd level, each ally within 30 ft. that can hear you has advantage on saving throws against being frightened or charmed.

Lead by Example

At 7th level, each other ally creature that can hear you within 30 ft. gains a bonus to Intelligence, Wisdom, and Charisma saving throws equal to your Charisma modifier.

Never Surrender

At 10th level, you become a master of encouragement. As a action, you can signal one ally within 60 ft. That ally ignores one condition of your choice until the start of your next turn, chosen from the following list: Blinded, Charmed, Exhaustion, Frightened, Poisoned, Grappled, Restrained, and Stunned.

While your ally doesn’t suffer the effects of the condition during that period, the condition is merely suppressed, not removed, and its effects resume at the start of your next turn. The condition can still be removed with spells and other effects as normal.

Enhanced Battlecry

Starting at 15th level, you may use Battlecry a number of times equal to 1 + your Charisma modifier.

Advanced Strategem

Starting at 18th level, you respond to danger by inspiring extraordinary resolve. In combat, as a bonus action, you may grant an ally within 60 ft. an additional use of one of their class or racial features even if they have spent their one use of that ability for the day. The ally must spend their reaction to regain the use of an ability; if they do not do so, you still lose the use of this ability. You can’t grant the same ally the benefits of this ability again until they have completed a long rest. You regain the use of this ability upon completion of a short or long rest.

If the ability is level point based such as ki, or metamagic. That ally regains half of the points they are missing. If the ability is similar to Sneak Attack, the ally who used their reaction may use the ability twice on their next turn instead of regaining the use of another ability.
