Base Class: Bard
All eyes are on you for better or worse. Collect curses with a freak show themed bard.
Filth, Horror, and Rot
Starting at 3rd level, your ties to sacrilegious acts brand your physical form. Choose one of the following Curses to gain at 3rd level, you gain another Curse from this feature at 9th and 15th level. You can't take the same Curse more than once, even if you later get to choose again. Instead of choosing, you could instead roll 1d8 to determine your Curses at random, rerolling if you get the same Curse.
Eyes. You have either too many or too few eyes. Roll 1d8 to determine how many eyes you have. If you roll a 2 roll again and add 2 to the new roll. You gain darkvision out to a range of 60 feet, and proficiency in the Perception skill.

Voice. Your voice becomes raspy and hallow. People tend to go along with whatever you say so they don't have to talk to you too long. You gain proficiency in the Persuasion and Deception skills.
Skin. Your skin is decaying at an alarming rate, and may be an usual color. Roll 1d4 to determine how far you flesh rotting has progressed. 1- Minimal, 2- Moderate, 3- Severe, 4- Way too much. You gain proficiency in the Intimidation skill, you also have advantage on checks made to avoid and break free from a grapple, as your skin tears easily.
Hands/Feet. Thick webbing connects your fingers and toes. Roll 10d4 to determine how many fingers and toes you have, split the total number between your hands and feet however you choose. You gain a swimming speed equal to your walking speed, and proficiency in the Arcana skill.
Horns. Menacing antlers or horns sprout form your head. Roll 1d6 to determine how many horns you have. Your horns are natural melee weapons which you can use to make unarmed strikes. If you hit with them, you deal piercing damage equal to 1d6 + your strength modifier, instead of the bludgeoning damage normal for an unarmed strike. You also gain proficiency in the Performance skill.
Tail. A large profane growth protrudes from your backside. Your balance improves, but your mind is uneasy. You gain proficiency in the Acrobatics and Religion skills.
Stench. You smell bad, people don't seem to like it, but animals are always intrigued. You gain proficiency in Animal Handling, and learn the Poison Spray cantrip.
The Curses granted by this ability cannot be removed by means of a Remove Curse or Greater Restoration spell.
Eyes in the Back of Your Head
At 3rd level, you are aware when people stare at you, because they do without fail. You always know the number and location of any creatures that can see you within 30 feet. Also, you can't be surprised while you are conscious.
The range of this ability increases to 60 feet at 15th level.
Impure Intentions
At 6th level, your appearance grants you the following two uses for your Bardic Inspiration. You also learn the Blindness/Deafness spell and it does not count against the number of spells you know.
Jump Scare. You lash out while making sudden jarring movements and horrific noises. As a reaction when you take damage, you can expend one use of your Bardic Inspiration to split the damage with creatures that can see you. You can target a number of creatures equal to your Charisma modifier (a minimum of one), and the damage is equally divided among each of you (rounded down). A targeted creature must also succeed on a Wisdom saving throw against your bard spell save DC or be frightened of you until the end of its next turn.
Unsightly Repellent. Your appearance transcends words, other creatures are confounded when they lay eyes on you. You can expend one use of your Bardic Inspiration to cast the Blindness/Deafness spell at its lowest level, if you cast the spell this way you can only use it to blind creatures. You can also target any creature that can see you, rather than a creature within 30 feet of you. A target who fails their saving throw against the spell has their speed reduced to 0 until they are no longer blinded.
Obscene Presence
At 6th level, your body becomes flush with impurities which cause your body to become unstable. As a bonus action, you transform and gain the appearance and effect of each Curse from your Filth, Horror, and Rot ability for 10 minutes. During this time, you can cast the Bestow Curse or Remove Curse spell on each of your turns without expending a spell slot as if it had been cast at the 5th level.
You can only have one Curse placed on a given target at a time from this feature, if you use this feature to Curse the same target a second time, the first Curse is removed and replaced with the new one. Also, when you cast the Remove Curse spell using this feature, you learn the details of the Curses afflicting the target, gain the ability to replicate them, and you have the option to transfer the Curses from the target to yourself permanently.
You can end your transformation early as a bonus action on your turn. Once you use this feature, you can't use it again until your finish a long rest.
Freaky Spider Stuff
Beginning at 14th level, your body secretes a sticky mucus and contorts in ways that make your movements more erratic. You gain the effects of the Spider Climb spell on yourself at all times. If you end your turn on a vertical surface or upside down you fall unless you expend one use of your Bardic Inspiration to maintain your hold.
While you are transformed by your Obscene Presence ability, you stick to surfaces even when you would normally fall at the end of your turn without expending a use of your Bardic Inspiration.
Curse Collector
At 14th level, you have an ever-growing menagerie of Curses. For every 3 Curses that afflict you, you gain a +1 to your AC, to a maximum of +3. This includes the Curses granted by your Filth, Horror, and Rot ability, and the Curses granted by your Obscene Presence ability for the duration of your transformation.
You also learn the Contagion and Eyebite spells, they count as bard spells for you, and do not count against the number of spells you know.
