When you choose this tradition at 3rd level, the path of nature opens up to you. Using the earth beneath your feet to keep you aloft, to use vines as whips to ensnare your enemies, or to become one with a flame to turn the resolve of your foes to ash. That is what awaits you on this path, if you are wise enough to take it.

Natures Wrath

Starting when you choose this tradition at 3rd level, whenever you hit a creature with one of your Flurry of Blows, you may spend one additional Ki point to use one of the following techniques:

  • Vine Strike: A creature must make an athletics or acrobatics check and on a failure is considered restrained until the start of your next turn.
  • Elemental Blow: Deal an additional 1d6 of cold, lightning or fire damage, at level 6, 11 and 17 the d6 is changed to a d8, a d10 and a d12.
  • Natural Hinderance: Until the end of their next turn the creatures movement speed is halved, and has disadvantage on attacks against you or anyone within 10 feet of you.

Natures Wisdom

At 6th level, once per long rest you may cast speak with plants or speak with animals without expending any spell slots

Armor of Gaia.

Beginning at 11th level as a bonus action you may expend two ki points to gather the earth around you and increase your AC by +3 for one minute.

Elemental Storm

At 17th level as an action you may use 5 ki points to imbue yourself with the elements, for one minute, all your attacks deal an additional 2d12 cold damage, 2d12 fire damage and 2d12 lightning damage, additionally you cannot be slowed by difficult terrain, and your attacks aren't at disadvantage while underwater.
