Base Class: Paladin
Paladins who take the Oath of Secrecy believe in both the redemptive and destructive power of knowledge in the right hands. Often called grey knights or shadow knights, many of these warriors become sentinels dedicated to keeping forbidden and dangerous knowledge from falling into the wrong hands. Others who swear this oath seek out ancient tombs, secret libraries, and hidden archives in an effort to secure or preserve texts of great power.
[Description by Sean Landis, William Klemt]
Channel Divinity
When you take this oath at 3rd level, you gain the following two Channel Divinity options.
Mental Guardian. As an action, you can bolster the minds of you and your allies. For 1 minute, you and a number of creatures of your choice up to your Charisma modifier are immune to being frightened or charmed and have resistance to psychic damage. Creatures that attempt to frighten or charm you or your allies or that deal psychic damage to you take psychic damage equal to your Charisma modifier.
Remove Senses. As an action, you present your holy symbol and speak a prayer, using your Channel Divinity to blind and deafen your foes within 30 feet. You can target a number of creatures equal to your Charisma modifier. Each target must make a Constitution saving throw against your spell DC or be blinded and deafened for 1 minute. On a successful save, the creatures are immune to this effect for 1 day.

Aura of Secrets
Starting at 7th level, you and friendly creatures within 10 feet of you can’t be charmed while you are conscious or have their thoughts read.
At 18th level, the range of this aura increases to 30 feet.
Misleading Mind
At 15th level, you have learned to protect yourself from magical information gathering.
When targeted or perceived by a divination spell, make a Wisdom saving throw against the spell. On a success, you may present misleading information to the caster, causing them to believe they succeeded.
Guardian of Forbidden Knowledge
At 20th level, you can make your form and thoughts inscrutable. Using your action, you undergo a transformation, and gain the following benefits for 1 minute:
- All Wisdom (Insight) checks against you automatically fail.
- You gain the benefits of the [spell]blur[\spell] spell.
- You emanate an aura of forgetfulness in a 30-foot radius. When a creature enters this aura or starts its turn there, it must succeed on a Charisma saving throw or forget what it was supposed to be doing, taking no action. At the end of its turn, the creature may make another Charisma saving throw. On a success, the effect ends and the target is immune to this effect
Once you use this feature, you can't use it again until you finish a long rest.

Posted Apr 29, 2020I LOVE this idea but I find the 20th level ability a little underwhelming. Would it be possible to reconsider this ability?
