Base Class: Monk
The monks who commit to the way fo balance derive themselves to help and heal those who and good and hurt and harm those who are bad. Remodel of the Way of Mercy subclass.
Implements of Balance
Level 3 - You gain proficiency in the Perception skill, with the herbalism kit and the poisoner's kit.
Hands of Harming
Level 3 - You have learned how to harm and hurt your target with your unarmored strikes. On a successful attack roll, your target loses a number of hit points equal to a roll of your Martial Arts die + your Wisdom modifier. This damage is now considered force damage and you gain health equal to the amount of damage dealt. Triple this damage if the target is under the poisoned condition. (opposite of the cured condition) This only triples the die damage.
Hands of Healing
Level 3 - You have learned how to heal and help your target with your unarmored strikes. On a successful attack roll, your target restores a number of hit points equal to a roll of your Martial Arts die + your Wisdom modifier. This healing is considered force healing and you lose health equal to the amount of health gained this way. Triple this healing if the target is under the cured condition. (opposite of the poisoned condition) This only triples the die healing.
Harming Technique
Level 6 - Whenever you successfully land a harming hands unarmed strike, you may spend 3 Ki point to poison the target for 1 minute. Poisoning a target removes the cured condition.
Healing Technique
Level 6 - Whenever you successfully land a healing hands unarmed strike, you may spend 3 Ki points to cure the target for 1 minute. Curing a target removes the poisoned condition.
Extra Attack
Level 11 - You gain an additional attack. This stacks with the extra attack gained at level 5.
Flow of Ki
Level 17 - Whenever a target's hitpoints reach the maximum or minimum they can be after you hit them with an unarmored strike you may regain 1 Ki point.
