Base Class: Rogue
Directly inspired by the game series; Dishonored by Arkane Studios.
The Outsider bears a great interest in mankind's acts. It's all a game for Outsider, for him to be entertained and amused. For those he deems truly interesting or sees potential in, he may just give them an ounce of his immeasurable power. The Outsider is an considered an Eldritch God that lives outside of our understanding. The Outsider may visit when you dream, or even as a mirage when you're awake. He may leave bits of info or foreshadowing on to what is to come, but one thing is for certain; he is watching.
The Mark of the Outsider sub-class draws it's magic from the Void in the form of Void Magic and a Mana Pool. The Void Magic divides into two categories, Active and Passive Powers. Active Powers cost Mana and are immediate effects (and count as spells for purposes of dispel magic and counterspell), whereas Passive Powers will remain and exist no matter how much Mana you have, you can always fall back on them. All Active Powers require a Mana Cost that is specified in their description, and you gain different Powers at different levels.
Spellcasting
When you reach 3rd level, you gain the ability to cast spells - but you do not use them conventionally. You cast spells from your Void Magics list, using Mana. See Spells Rules for the general rules of spellcasting.
Spellcasting Ability
Charisma is your spellcasting ability for your Void Magic, since you have inherited your powers from the Void. You use your Charisma whenever a spell refers to your spellcasting ability. In addition, you use your Charisma modifier when setting the saving throw DC for any Void Magic you cast and when making an attack roll with one.
Spell save DC = 8 + your proficiency bonus + your Charisma modifier
Spell attack modifier = your proficiency bonus + your Charisma modifier
Mana Pool
The Mark of the Outsider bestowed upon you a wondrous gift. Void Magic. You channel the Void through you, and as such, you can cast your Void Magic and expend Mana.
At level 3, your Mana Total is equal to double your Rogue Level, and it recharges on a short or long rest.
Void Magic
When you choose this archetype at 3rd level, you learn four Void Magics of your choosing (one must be Warp or Far Reach, you can choose both).
All Active Powers can be activated for their Mana Cost and cast with the specific rules integrated into the description, every Active Power is intended to be treated as a spell.
All Passive Powers can not be deactivated, dispelled or counterspelled.
You gain three more at levels 9 and 13.

You can throw aside all concern for defence to attack with fierce desperation. When you make your first attack on your turn, you can decide to attack with an unsatiated bloodthirst. Doing so gives you advantage on melee weapon attack rolls using Dexterity/Strength during this turn, but attack rolls against you have advantage until your next turn.

- This is a concentration spell (with a Somatic and Verbal component).
- You may add more creatures to the chain at a cost of 4 more Mana for each one (extra creature must be within 30ft of another targeted creature)
- All creatures must make a CHA Saving Throw, if any succeed, they are excluded from the chain.
- All creatures who are linked by the chain now share half of all damage (after resistances) they take to the rest of the chain in Force damage.
- For the spell to continue to work, there must be a direct line of sight between targets, and each target can not be more than 30ft apart from another, or they will be removed from the chain.
- The chain can't be focused when split into multiple parts, if there is more than 30ft between each half of the chain, you must choose one to keep your focus on.

- If you latch onto a creature of size of your size or smaller, they must make a STR Save or be pulled up to 30ft towards you (you choose how far).
- If you latch onto an object of your size or smaller, and it isn't able to support you, it automatically fails and gets pulled up to 30ft towards you.

Stop Time
At 17th level, you gain the ability to stop time, if only for a brief moment.
You gain Time Stop, and can cast it only once between Long Rests. All attacks and spells you make with projectiles or saves, take effect all at the same time after Time Stop ends, instead of disrupting it. If a creature bears the Mark of the Outsider, they are not affected by this Time Stop.
Once you use this feature, you can’t use it again until you finish a long rest.
