Your patron is an ancient female spirit who, in life, was a powerful druid or priestess of nature, and who now inhabits the feywild. This being has a strong connection to the plants, animals and natural cycles of the land. This spirit is also exclusively concerned with empowering women and forging bonds of sisterhood, and only female characters may make a pact with her. The Earth Mother only grants the boon of the Pact of the Tome.

 

Expanded Spell List

The Earth Mother lets you choose from an expanded list of spells when you learn a warlock spell. The following spells are added to the warlock spell list for you.

Power of Three

Starting at 1st level, you can perform a one hour ritual to bond with two other willing females who need not be spellcasters. Once bonded, you become a coven. When all three of you are within 30ft of one another, you each gain +1 to saving throws and ability checks. This bond will last until it is dissolved or broken. Dissolving the bond requires an additional ten minute ritual, wherein the sisters part ways peacefully. The bond is broken if the three members of the coven spend more than a month apart or if one or more of the coven members die. Also, any member can willingly break the bond at any time. When the bond is broken in any of these ways, however, each member suffers 1d8 psychic damage. A new bond with other women can not be created unless the old bond is broken or dissolved.

Coven Rituals

Starting at 6th level, you can lead your coven in the casting of ritual spells. When you cast a ritual spell from your Book of Shadows, with the participation of your coven, you may cast the spell as two levels higher than is allowed by your warlock level. This feature cannot be used again until you have completed a long rest.

Witch's Brew

Starting at 10th level, your patron imparts the knowledge to brew magic potions. You transcribe the formulae for three potions of either the common, uncommon or rare varieties. The specifications for brewing these potions is much less stringent  for you. The CR range of creature you must face in order to obtain necessary ingredients is one level lower.

Each level after 10th you gain a new potion formula which you transcribe in your Book of Shadows.

Flying Broomstick

At 14th level, the Earth Mother gives you the knowledge to create your own magical broom of flying. It obeys only your command. The item costs 100gp and takes 2 weeks to craft.
