Barbarian
Base Class: Barbarian

A compact man in regal attire looms at the edge of the cliff, the monsters of the abyss screeching for his blood from below. Taking one deep breath, the power of the Rage courses through his veins like a silent, deadly poison, prepared to quickly and efficiently kill.

The Path of Control emphasizes control over the Rage and its applications. Subsequently, a Barbarian taught under this Path can utilize untapped features of this controlled Rage to better adapt to a variety of situations. While one may not be able to fully control everything around him or her, he or she can at least control him or herself. In doing so, others have less control.

Controlled Rage

Starting when you choose this path at 3rd level, you are able to channel your body's full potential - the Rage - in an efficient, seamless transition. During your turn, the activation of your Rage is now a Free Action, meaning you no longer spend your bonus action activating and deactivating it. Furthermore, your rage no longer ends early due to not taking or dealing damage. Finally, you may also activate your rage as a reaction. This can be done preemptively or in response to taking damage; if the latter, you can decide to activate it after the attack roll is announced and before the damage is dealt, meaning that you may resist it.

Learnt Resilience

Starting when you choose this path at 3rd level, for a number of times equal to your Constitution modifier per long rest, as long as you are not incapacitated or unconscious, you can spend a bonus action to end one of the following conditions afflicting you: Blinded, Deafened, Paralyzed, Poisoned, or Stunned.

Fighting Style

Beginning at 6th level, your training has honed your martial abilities. You may choose one of the following options:

- Dueling

- Great Weapon Fighting

- Protection

- Two-Weapon Fighting

Unwavering Focus

At 10th level, your trained Rage now not only helps shield your body but your mind as well. Whenever you make a Wisdom, Intelligence, or Charisma saving throw while in your Rage, you may add your Constitution modifier to the roll.

True Rage

At 14th level, you are now able to channel the full potential of your body and your rage into one almighty attack. As an action, you may choose to end your Rage early to execute this class feature. Until your next short rest, you will be unable to activate your Rage. Make an attack roll against an opponent within range. If you miss, they will still take half damage. If you hit, you deal with your weapon's ordinary damage plus 8d10 of its same damage type. As long as the creature is not more than two sizes bigger than you, you may then either knock them prone - dealing an additional 2d10 damage depending on the terrain - or push them away up to your movement speed.
