Base Class: Bard
When a Bard studies under the College of Choirs, their vocals and understanding of volume and pitch become a sort of weapon. Using sounds and vibrations to annihilate their foes with deafening screams and waves.
Booming Voice
Starting at 3rd level, you gain the ability to unleash the full force of your voice. You gain the ability to unleash a cone of thunderous force, reaching 15 feet. Enemies caught within the cone must make a Constitution saving throw. Enemies that fail the save take 2d6 thunder damage and become deaf, while successes take half as much and are not deafened. The DC is equal to 8 + your Charisma + your Proficiency bonus. The damage increases to 3d6 at 7th level, 4d6 at 11th level, and 5d6 at 16th level.
Choir’s Chords
Starting at level 3, your inspiration becomes an advanced attack. As a bonus action, you can give a creature within 60 feet of you an inspiration die. When making an attack action, the creature can spend that inspiration to add an amount of force damage equal to the number rolled on the inspiration die.
Enchanted Octaves
At 6th level, you achieve a vocal prowess many would be jealous of. Any creature that speaks a language can now understand you. Along with that, your inspiration advances, allowing you to give yourself advantage on persuasion and performance checks. Not only that, but you can also do the following with inspiration:
Sleep. You serenade the target, they have to make a Constitution saving throw or fall asleep. They can spend their action to break free.
Enthrall. You pull a mind into a trance. A creature within 60 feet must make a Charisma saving throw. On a failed save, the target creature is charmed for an hour, or until it takes damage. When the spell ends, the target has no recollection of its service to you, or that you charmed them. On a successful save, the target is not charmed and is aware you tried to charm it.
Perfect Pitch
At 14th level, your voice magic has become a force to be reckoned with. Now when a creature is deafened, they take an extra die of thunder damage. The die is equal to your inspiration die. Also, if a creature with inspiration attacks and adds their inspiration to their damage roll, they can add an amount of damage equal to your charisma modifier.
