Base Class: Monk
By attuning your ki to the Dharmapala, you may emulate such figures and destroy the obstacles to Nirvana, for the sake of all suffering beings.
Remove Obstacle: Ignorance
Through strict scriptural study, you destroy the first obstacle of Nirvana, ignorance, becoming aware of your role as a Bodhisattva and Dharmapala.
Bodhisattva
Gain a proficiency in Medicine , if you do not have it already
You may cast Bodhisattva's Compassion for 2 ki regains hit points of an ally within a 30 meter sphere equal to ((1d8+wisdom modifier)*(medicine proficiency)) 3 times, regaining use after a short rest. It gains a d8 and a use every class level up.
Dharmapala
Gain a proficiency in Perception, if you do not have it already
You gain Dharmapala's Focused Rage, which modifies Flurry of Blows such that instead of granting two additional attacks, it requires the player to make a Wisdom (Perception) check. If the player succeeds, they make an attack, and are allowed to roll again, for a total of four times.
Remove Obstacle: Violence
You destroy the second obstacle to Nirvana, your primal need to use brute force to resolve
conflict. Instead, by taking on and using the war drum of Mahakala, you may drive away the ill
intended without the use of fists.
War Drum of Mahakala
Gains tool proficiency with the drum
Cast the spells Thunderclap, Call Lightning, and Fear by using the drum and a varying amount of ki as a conduit.
By consuming 2 ki you may further attune yourself to the drum, adding the "Attuned" attribute to the spell, which grants the spell additional damage and range equal to the Wisdom (Perception) modifier.
Remove Obstacle: Hesitation
You destroy another obstacle to Nirvana, your hesitation, through intense contemplation and body training, and can now move without the constraints of the mortal plain and temporarily embody the steadfastness of Hayagriva.
Gain proficiency in Acrobatics if the character does not have it yet.
You may spend 5 ki to cast the haste of Hayagriva as a bonus action after dashing.
Haste of Hayagriva
lasts for 3 turns
add a (d6 * 5) ft to movement distance, every movement.
Grants Dharmapala's Focused Rage an additional guaranteed hit, which now uses a Dexterity (Acrobatics) check for the duration of the Haste of Hayagriva.
You may make a Dexterity (Acrobatics) check when a melee attack is made on you. If it succeeds, then you dodge and use Dharmapala's Focused Rage on the enemy that hit you as a Reaction.
Deflect Missiles gains an additional 20 ft. in range, and the ranged attack made
Remove Obstacle: Death
You destroy the final obstacle to Nirvana, death, and because of this, by consuming 10 ki, or instead of rolling a
death save, you automatically temporarily take on the aspect of Yamantaka (and resurrect if the transformation was a save throw substitute)for 10
minutes. The Yamantaka symbolizes freedom from death, and because of this grasps the Six Buddhist Realms in the palm of each hand, accordingly affecting your attributes.
Yamantaka
Whenever Yamantaka attacks, the damage type and damage modifier changes, depending on which arm Yamantaka uses when attacking, which is decided via dice toss.
1- Deva - Lightning damage. Uses Wisdom Modifier.
2- Mansuya- Bludgeon Damage. Uses Dexterity Modifier
3- Asura- Fire damage. Uses Dexterity Modifier
4- Tiryag- Slash damage. Uses Dexterity Modifier
5- Naraka- Cold damage. Uses Wisdom Modifier.
6- Preta - Necrotic damage. Uses Wisdom Modifier.
Yamantaka can levitate a distance up to (d10 roll + Dex mod) * 10 feet as an action.
The ki cost for the spells granted by Remove Obstacle: Violence is halved. If the ki cost is odd, the cost is rounded down
Dharmapala's Focused Rage is replaced by Samsara Smash, which costs 7 ki and hits seven times, once per arm/damage type, and a
final hit which deals Holy damage and ends the transformation.
The transformation is usable once per week.
