College of Ventriloquism

They learn to deceive people in a much different way by making it seem like something else entirely is speaking. By talking without moving their lips, being able to throw their voice to make it sound like its coming from somewhere else and being able to mimic voices they can do a lot while looking like they aren’t doing much at all.

Ventriloquism

when you take this subclass add your proficiency twice to deception checks. you do not need to move your mouth when talking, singing, yelling, etc. And you can study a person’s voice and after 3 rounds of listening to someone you can mimic their voice.  you can craft a puppet that can look like a cartoonish version of any humanoid you can think of and you can speak through it and anything with 9 intelligence or less has disadvantage on being convinced that the puppet is a living being.

Magical Voice

you can throw your voice 20 feet to make it seem as if your voice is coming from a point of your choice and can use anything that requires your voice even if your mouth is covered, if you are gagged it is done with disadvantage

Professional Puppeteer

you have learned how to use magic to control your puppet/marionette and can make it move without touching it at all and can do this while unable to move and but not unconscious, you can use it like you would a familiar in every way, and can cast bard spells through it, manipulate objects, talk, and what ever you could normally do. The puppet is weak to what the same damage types as the material its made of, and has hp equal to one fourth of its bards health.
