Your training maneuvers you more into the use of strength, though still with the wisdom of your roots.
Chain Wrestling
Starting at 3rd level, you add your Strength modifier or your Dexterity modifier to your Wisdom modifier when determining your armor class from Unarmored Defense.
You become trained in the athletics skill, or if you already have it trained, double your proficiency with athletics (or become trained in the acrobatics skill, if you already have doubled proficiency in athletics). Additionally, moving with a grappled creature is no longer at half speed, so long as you are not encumbered by the creature’s weight.
Finally, when you are grappling another creature, Patient Defense no longer costs a bonus action.

Meteora
When you fall into a square adjacent to another creature, you can spend a ki point to make a single special melee attack against that creature as an action. If you hit, the creature takes your unarmed strike damage and extra damage equal to the amount of falling damage you take. If you use Slow Fall to reduce the falling damage you would take, it does not reduce the extra damage you deal with this ability.
Improved Chain Wrestling
Standing from prone no longer costs you any movement, and you can use your reaction instantly stand up.
If you use part of your attack action to shove a creature you can push them up to ten feet away instead of five.
Additionally, when another creature provokes an opportunity attack from you, you may substitute your attack with a different special combat maneuver, such as Grapple, Shove, or Disarm.
Grand Meteora
When you use your Meteora attack on a creature, that creature must make a Constitution saving throw or fall unconscious for 1 round.
If they succeed or are immune to falling unconscious, they are knocked prone instead.
