Barbarian
Base Class: Barbarian

Some barbarians can control their rage and channel it to deliver grievous wounds. They are feared and battle-hardened leaders. They cleave through their enemies, never doubting their cause is just, and never hesitating once their weapon is raised. Those who stand against these warriors can expect no mercy.

Phlebotomize

Starting when you choose this path at 3rd level, you can viscerally wound your enemies. While you’re raging, the first creature you hit on each of your turns with a weapon attack is wounded and takes 1d4 + half your barbarian level necrotic damage at the start of its next turn. The creature can then make a Constitution saving throw (DC 8 + your Strength modifier + your proficiency bonus) to end the effect. If hit by you again while wounded, the creature takes an additional 1d4 damage on its next turn stacking up to 5 times.

Obliterate

At 3rd level, you can maneuver on the battlefield to strike multiple targets and further wound an already bleeding target. All creatures within 5 feet of you must make a Dexterity saving throw(DC 8 + your Strength modifier + your proficiency bonus). The creatures take attack damage equal to your weapon and if the creature is wounded, another stack is applied.

Debilitate

Starting at 6th level, you know exactly where to strike to prevent an enemy from escaping your wrath. A target creature must make a Constitution saving throw (DC 8 + your Strength modifier + your proficiency bonus). On a failure, they take 2d12 weapon damage, are wounded, and their speed is reduced to 10 feet until the end of their next turn. On a successful save, they take half damage and their speed is not reduced. You can then use a bonus action to make one weapon attack against the creature.

You can use this feature a number of times equal to your Constitution modifier (a minimum of once). You regain all expended uses when you finish a long rest.

Staying Hand

At 10th level, you learn to keep your enemies close and knock them to the ground to deliver a fatal blow. You use your weapon to knock a creature to the ground. A size large or smaller creature must make a Dexterity saving throw (DC 8 + your Strength modifier + your proficiency bonus) or be knocked prone. You can then use a bonus action to make one weapon attack against the creature. On a successful save, the creature is not knocked prone. A creature with a size bigger than large automatically succeeds the save.

You can use this feature a number of times equal to your Constitution modifier (minimum of once), and you regain all expended uses when you finish a long rest.

Execute

Beginning at 14th level, you channel all of your rage into a single finishing blow.

While you’re raging, you leap to a target creature within 10 feet and strike a lethal blow. They must succeed a DEX saving throw (DC 8 + your Strength modifier + your proficiency bonus) or take 6d12 plus an additional 2d6 necrotic damage for each stack of wounded it currently has, up to a maximum of 10d6 necrotic damage. If the creature is reduced to 0 hit points by this attack, it is cleaved in half and can only be restored to life through a Resurrection spell or higher forms of such magic.

You can use this feature a number of times equal to your Constitution modifier (minimum of once), and you regain all expended uses when you finish a long rest.
