Sorcerer
Base Class: Sorcerer

Your abilities are an anomaly in itself. Time, a seemingly fluid structure, is made even more chaotic with your influence, often creating dramatic effects. Your grasp on how it flows through you and how to bend it to your will can be exhausting, but rather useful in most cases.

Relative Velocity

At 1st level, your abilities bend time and often leaves enemies watching a blur. Your movement increases to 40 feet, and while moving you gain a +2 to AC from any opportunity attacks. You also gain the ability to Dash using your Bonus Action instead of an Action

Greater Manipulation

At 6th level, you can choose one of the following options

- Slow Time - Your mastery over the flow of time allows you to tug on the strings, often slowing as a result. You can spend 2 sorcery points to half a creatures movement speed within sight. You can use this feature once per Long Rest

- Quicken Time - Your mastery over the flow of time can send you hurtling forward. As a reaction, you can spend 2 sorcery points to make either a Bonus Action or an Action on another creatures turn. You can only use this feature once per Long Rest

Fluidity of Time Manipulation

At 14th level, you gain a marking as a sign of your anomalous magic. This is typically a brand of the event that caused you to gain this form of magic mastery. Using this marking, you can learn to cast the following spells depending on your Greater Manipulation Feature. When casting, you do not expend a spell slot.

Slow Time - Stretch the Moment, Freeze

Quicken Time - Forego, Quick Nap

Draconic Presence

Beginning at 18th level, you can freely cast the following spells freely once per Long or Short Rest. These spells depend on your choice in the Greater Manipulation Feature

Slow Time - Time Stop

Quicken Time - Time Leap
