Bard
Base Class: Bard

Most bards focus on the art of music, but those that join the College of Culinary focus on the art of cooking. Their magic is focused on the food they make and how helpful and creative one can make even the plainest of meals. Those that learn from the College of Culinary are taught the beauty of cooking and brewing great feasts, and to support those that are entranced by your great art.

When taking the path of a chef, most will replace their weapons with tools that reflect their profession, so the following weapons have been flavored to fit a master chef such as yourself. For example, a Shortsword could be a Meat Cleaver, a Mace could be a Pan, etc.

Weapons aren't the only thing that need a little more spice. Your spells are all about being effective and impressive, to prove that everything you were taught means something. Your magic should have a sort of pop to it, and be linked to the foods and drinks you create. For example, Charm Person could be a captivating creation with enthralling smells that makes the person do what ever you want to obtain it. Not all Bard spells can fit this mold though. So, like the character you are playing, be creative.

The Art of a Chef

When you join this College at 3rd level, you gain double proficiency with Cook's Utensils and Brewer's Supplies, and get them if you don't have them already. You can also use them as an arcane focus.

Also, while using the Utensils to create a meal or Supplies to brew a drink, you can imbue a spell into the created item. The spell's level can be either below or equal to your Charisma modifier, and it uses a spell slot unless it's a cantrip.

Full Course Meal

At 3rd level, you're knowledge in the art of cooking has exceeded any non-magical chef in the world. Whenever someone consumes one of your meals, you can expend a use of Bardic Inspiration to full feed them for a period or hours equal to your Charisma score, heal them or give them psychic damage equal to your Bardic Inspiration die, or give them advantage on saves against exhaustion for a period of hours equal to your Charisma score.

Unavoidable Hunger

At 6th level, you can learn one's dining habits just by looking at them, and even use it to your own advantage. As an action, you can force a creature to make a Wisdom Saving Throw against your spell save DC. On a failure, you learn a creature's favorite meals, and magical taunt it to weaken them, giving it 2 levels of exhaustion and 2d6 psychic damage at the end of their turn. This is maintained by concentration for up to 10 minutes. On a success, you only learn the creatures favorite meals, but it is aware on what you plan to do with that knowledge. You can take this action an amount of times per day equal to your Charisma modifier.

Magnum Opus

Starting at 14th level, you are one of the best chefs in the multiverse. You gain immunity to poison damage and the poisoned condition, immunity to exhaustion, resistance to fire and cold damage, and whenever a subclass feature uses Bardic Inspiration, the die count is doubled.

You can cast also the spell Heroes Feast, substituting the material components for your ingredients in your Cook's Utensils, an amount of times per day equal to half of your Charisma modifier rounded up.
