Bonus Proficiencies
When you join the College of Law at 3rd level, you gain proficiency in the Deception and Persuasion skills if you don't already have it. Your proficiency bonus is doubled for any ability check you make that uses either of those proficiencies.
Arresting Presence
At 3rd level, your knowledge of peoples and their laws convinces them you are more prepared. You can give yourself a bonus to your initiative rolls equal to your Intelligence modifier.
Also at 3rd level, you learn how to use your wit to command, enforce, and otherwise subdue the confidence and competence of others. You can use your action to expend one of your uses of Bardic Inspiration on a creature, that is large or smaller size, within 60 feet of you that you can see, that creature must make an Intelligence saving throw against your spell save dc. On a failed save, that creature cannot take the move action or take reactions until the end of your next turn. The creature is immune if it can’t hear you or if it's Intelligence score is 3 or lower.
At 5th level, you can spend your reaction to give the targeted creature disadvantage on the save.
At 10th level, you can affect creatures that are huge size.
At 15th level, if a creature fails the save it becomes paralyzed instead.
Objection!
At 6th level, you have refined your skills of discerning the truth until they approach perfection. Whenever you make a Wisdim (Insight) check to determine whether a creature is lying, you can treat a d20 roll of 9 or lower as a 10.
Rule of Law
Starting at 14th level, you gain truesight of 30 feet.
You gain advantage on saves against becoming blinded, deafened, and frightened.
You learn to understand any written language that you see, but you must be touching the surface on which the words are written. It takes about 1 minute to read one page of text.
This doesn’t decode secret messages in a text or a glyph, such as an arcane sigil, that isn’t part of a written language.
