Barbarian
Base Class: Barbarian

Barbarians who have lost their mind to the realm of madness welcomes it with open arms.  They gain the ability to use another creature as a melee weapon.  Their rage and madness would only be sated by using a creature that is screaming and yelling or the soft pump of blood through their body.  The barbarian's blood lust would not be sated otherwise.

Maddening Physique

Only races with the Powerful Build race ability can follow the Path of the Bodily Arms.  At 3rd level, the power of the realm of madness seeps through your pores and intoxicates the creature you are grappling.  The madness weakens them and imposes a straight contested roll against creatures that are large or huge.  As the power of Xoriat intoxicates your mind, it also grants you more strength and grants you expertise on athletics.

Pulsating Insanity

Starting when you choose this path at 3rd level, when you enter rage, the madness of Xoriat grips your brain with an incessant grip. You gain the ability to use Athletics as a bonus action to start a contested grapple attack.  While raging, you lose proficiency with all Martial Weapons and Shield, and gain proficiency with using a creature as a melee weapon.  The wielded target is considered restrained for the duration that it is conscious or grappled.   When you roll attacks with the grappled creature, you deal your unarmed damage to both the creature you are using as a weapon and the creature you are hitting with the creature.  You can only use alive creatures as a weapon.

At Level 11, you gain the ability to use your reaction, to start a contested grapple attack.

Deranged Shield

Starting at 6th level, the power of the Realm of Madness channels through the body of the creature you are grappling,   You can use the wielded creature as a shield and gain +2 to AC.  Furthermore, you can use a reaction to transfer half your damage to the grappled creature.

You no longer suffer movement penalties while moving with the grappled target.

Lunatic Perseverance

At 10th level, you learn to channel the realm of madness through a willing creature. As a bonus action, you can wield a willing target, while you are wielding the willing target, the target is considered grappled.  When you use the willing target to attack, the wielded creature can use its reaction to do a melee attack. The wielded creature does not take damage from being wielded and the damage from Deranged Shield is further halved as long as it remains a willing creature .

While grappling against an unwilling creature, the creature is considered restrained.

Arms of Delirium

Beginning at 14th level, the lunatic energy pulses and extends through you.  You can spend a rage to form two arm like tentacles that sprout out from your back with a 15 feet reach for 10 minutes.  You can now grapple gargantuan creatures and can grapple a second creature to wield.  Each wielded target are considered different weapon for the purpose of Multiattack.

You can lift yourself with these arms as long as they are empty and can move above medium creatures without provoking attacks of opportunity and can move through damaging fields harmlessly.

Once per turn, as a bonus action, you can slam the two grappled creatures together and do reciprocal damage to each other.

Once per long rest when these arms are empty, as an action you can extend your tentacles out to a creature up to 300 feet away from you to bind a target.  The target must make a contested Strength roll or the target is restrained.  You can pull or extend the target away from you for 25 feet a turn.
