Base Class: Monk

Monks who follow the Way of the Luchador are artists of violence, training their whole lives to overcome their foes with flashy and exciting attacks. Central to the Luchador's training and identity is his mask, which acts as a focus of their training and link to their ancestral traditions. These masks even enable practitioners of the Way of the Luchador to access the abilities of other creatures. While masks connect to a limited number traditions, each mask is the sacred property of a given Luchador, who is the only being that can utilize it.

Luchador Mask

At the Third Level, you have attuned enough to your Mask to access the supernatural abilities that it enables. You may utilize your Ki to access these attributes. Select one of the Mask Traditions below. You may not change your mask unless it lost or destroyed, at which point you will need to find another set of Way of the Luchador practitioners to provide you the necessary raw materials to make a new one. Pick one of the Masks Below.

Máscara de demonio: Your mask allows to you embody the traits of Demons. As a bonus action, you may spend a Ki point to either gain Resistance to cold, fire, and lightning and immunity to poison for a turn OR summon a Demon with a CR up to 1/3 your Monk Level

Máscara de ángel:
Your mask allows to you embody the traits of Angels. As a bonus action, you may spend a Ki point to either gain resistance on saving throws against spells and magical effects OR the ability to fly for a turn

Máscara de la muerte: Your mask allows to you embody the traits of the Undead. As a bonus action, you may spend a Ki point to either gain Undead Fortitude for a turn or add an additional  Life Drain damage die to a martial arts strike (i.e. 1d4 at level 3, 1d6 at level 5, etc). The target must make a Constitution save, or else its hit point maximum is reduced by an amount equal to the Life Drain damage.

Máscara de bestia: Your mask allows to you embody the traits of Animals. As a bonus action, you may spend a Ki point to either temporarily grow claws, adding 1d6 damage to Martial Arts attacks  Or a charge attack. For a charge attack, if the Way of the Luchador monk moves at least 20 feet straight toward and completes a martial arts attack, it can add additional martial arts die, and the creature must make a Strength saving throw or be knocked prone

 
 
 

Aerial Attack

At 6th level, you master high risk aerial attacks on your opponents. If you attack an opponent by dropping down on it from above, you can add any damage reduced by your Slow Fall ability to your attack damage. You also have advantage on this sort of attack.

Reversal

At the 11th level, you master the art of seizing the opportunity at pivotal points in a battle. If an opponent attempts an attack on you and misses, you may spend 2 Ki points to gain an attack of opportunity against it. This attack does not count as your reaction.

Finishing Move

At 17th level, you gain the ability to ability use a single, spectacular move to finish off your opponents. You can expend 5  Ki points to attempt a special attack. Add a -5 penalty to your attack roll. If you hit, add 10d10 damage to your damage role.
