Base Class: Cleric
The gods of time - Kronos, Istus, Amaunatur, Grumbar, Labelas Eneroth - Uphold the most powerful and ancient law in the multiverse: Time. The gods of time promote vitality and health but also the natural aging process of all mortals, the passing of time, day, night and even the seasons. Time is the only true constant in a world filled with chaos, and even though some people fear this one constant being altered in some way, there are others that fervently seek to alter the limitations of the multiverse itself.
A good aligned cleric may uphold the natural law of time and seek out disturbances and violators. While and evil aligned cleric may seek out a way to change past or future events, or even free itself from the bind of time and become immortal.
Bonus cantrip
When you choose this domain at 1st level you learn the mending cantrip. They do not count against your number of known cantrips and it counts as a cleric cantrip for you.
Mire
Also beginning at 1st level, you can slow the passing of time around your enemies. As an action you can force a creature you can see within 30 feet to make a wisdom saving throw. On a failure, that creature is restrained until the end of it's next turn.
You can use this feature a number of times equal to your wisdom modifier and regain all expended uses once you have finished a long rest.
Channel divinity: Expedite
Starting at 2nd level you can use your channel divinity to briefly speed up time for yourself. You can use your channel divinity to take the dash, disengage and hide action as a bonus action.
Alternatively when you cast a spell with a casting time of 1 action, you can use your channel divinity to change it's casting time to 1 bonus action for this casting.
Channel divinity: Stretch time
At 6th level you gain an extra alternative for your channel divinity. When you cast a spell that has a duration for 1 minute or longer, you can use your channel divinity to double it's duration, up to a maximum of 24 hours.
Potent spellcasting
Starting at 8th level, you add your wisdom modifier to the damage you deal with any cleric cantrip.
Across time and space
At 17th level you have mastered time to your will, you gain the following benefits:
- Time stop - Time stop is now a domain spell for you. Like other domain spells it is always prepared and counts as a cleric spell for you.
- Timeless - You experience no further physical effects from aging. You cannot be aged magically and your natural lifespan is increased ten times.
- Deja vu - You may re-cast one spell of 5th level or lower that you used previously on the same day without using a spell slot. You may only use this feature once per long rest.
