Warlock
Base Class: Warlock

You have chosen Rak Tulkhesh as your patron. Whether you were a part of his cult or seeking vengeance against a sworn enemy, your lust for violence has opened your heart to his influence. Your life is now defined by conflict, for this is Rak Tulkhesh's sustenance. You may emulate his dispassionate brand of violence, or you may try to aim your blood lust towards more benevolent ends. Be it a blessing or a curse, you are now an avatar of war to his benefit, and you will carry that fire for the rest of your days.

Expanded Spell List

Rak Tulkesh lets you choose from an expanded list of spells when you learn a warlock spell. The following spells are added to the warlock spell list for you.

Hexblade Expanded Spells

Hellish Indulgence

From 1st level, Rak Tulkhesh inspires your hatred while you are engaged in battle, turning you into an engine of war. When you cast Eldritch Blast for your Attack action, you can make a second attack with a melee weapon as part of your attack action.

Each time you use this feature you must succeed on a DC 12 Wisdom saving throw or go berserk. While berserk, you must use your action each round to attack the creature nearest to you with a melee weapon. If you can make extra attacks as part of the Attack action, you use those extra attacks, moving to attack the next nearest creature after you fell your current target. If you have multiple possible targets, you attack one at random. You are berserk until you start your turn with no creatures within melee range of you that you can see or hear.

You can use this feature a number of times equal to your Charisma modifier (a minimum of once). You regain all expended uses when you finish a long rest.

Scion of Hate

At 1st level, you acquire the training necessary to effectively arm yourself for battle. You gain proficiency with medium armor, heavy armor, and martial weapons.

The influence of your patron also allows you to mystically channel your will through a particular weapon. Whenever you finish a long rest, you can touch one weapon that you are proficient with. When you attack with that weapon, you can use your Charisma modifier, instead of Strength or Dexterity, for the attack and damage rolls. This benefit lasts until you finish a long rest. If you later gain the Pact of the Blade feature, this benefit extends to every pact weapon you conjure with that feature, no matter the weapon’s type.

Radiant Vigor

Starting at 6th level, the warlock, as well any fiends and undead within 10 feet of the warlock, gains a bonus to melee weapon damage rolls equal to the warlock’s Charisma modifier (minimum of +1). A creature can benefit from this feature from only one warlock at a time.

You can only use this feature once per short rest.

Wartime Paranoia

The warlock can cast Enemies Abound once without expending a spell slot.

This feature can only be used once per long rest.

Rak Tulkesh's Presence

As an action, you can force each creature within 30 feet of you including yourself to make a DC 15 Wisdom saving throw. A creature that fails its save must use its reaction to make a melee weapon attack against a random creature within reach. If no creatures are within reach, it makes a ranged weapon attack against a random creature within range, throwing its weapon if necessary. A creature that succeeds its save can use its reaction to impose disadvantage on one attack made against it this turn.

You cannot take a bonus action the turn you use this feature, and you cannot use this feature again until you have finished a long rest.
