Base Class: Blood Hunter (archived)
"As the full moon rises over the valley, howls of many wolves can be heard beginning the hunt" In the recent history of the Order of the Lycan a splinter group has broken off and is known as the Order of the Wolf. The Order was formed with the goal of gaining full control over the Curse of Lycanthropy, mainly the form of the wolf. Wherever the Order was hiding at the time stories of children disappearing and returning insane, having to be either locked away during a full moon or killed. As the experiments continued it was discovered that children born of a lycanthrope did not lose their minds but emerged around the age of 9 during the first full moon of their birth year. Following the emergence the children were put through the Blood Hunters transformation and forced through a military style training to hone the child's willpower. About 1/3 of the children survived the process while 1/4 survived their first year of fighting for the order or they lost themselves to the bloodlust of the Wolf. After 'graduating' they carry the symbol of a wolf head which is enchanted to cause a wearers clothes, weapons and any item on them to be absorbed into them so as not to lose there equipment. If they meet any of the other orders of the Blood Hunters on the road they are met with both fear and hatred.
