Base Class: Monk
The Focused Fist is taught to those who seek overwhelming power in the face of adversity. For monks who wish to take a different approach to fighting over the standard whirling dervish of blows and assaults, the select few that choose this path will become masters of harnessing their Ki and powers to deliver devastating blows to their opponents. As a Focused Fist user the monk finds himself the master of devastation to both his opponents and the people surrounding them.
Masters only found in secluded parts of mountainous regions whose homes are carved by hand into the rock itself, seldom teach their ways to passing students, they must survive intense physical punishment and mountainous weather that would shut down the average humanoids body to even be considered. It is not that Masters would not take the average person who had the potential but more that the form itself causes such stress upon the body that misuse can cause self harm to body parts used. By mastering the teachings of the Focused Fist the monk will bring both his body and mind into a state of Rigid Fortitude able to withstand the immense power that will be wielded.
Overpowering Strike
Starting when you choose this tradition at 3rd level, You can Focus all of your bonus strikes into one devastating attack. For each Bonus attack you sacrifice you gain your max marital arts damage + Proficiency bonus. Because you take the Attack action you can sacrifice your bonus attack from martial arts straight away, If you spend 1 Ki point to use flurry of blows before attacking you may also sacrifice this attack into your Overpowering Strike, Flurry of blows becomes classed as furious blow when sacrificed.
Upon reaching 6th Level and gaining Ki empowered strikes, You may spend 1 Ki point to add double your proficiency bonus to Overpowering Strikes or your Martial arts Die if you used Furious Blow, this shows your mastery of Overpowering strikes and its mystical effect upon the body.
Explosive Strikes
At 6th level, Your strikes become powerful enough to send shockwaves from the point of impact. On a successful attack against your foe with an Overpowering Strike you may use 1 Ki point to send explosive shockwaves out from the target of your attack in a 10ft straight line. Each target within the path of the shockwave must make a Constitution saving throw to stand strong in the face of the attack. On a failed saving throw the target takes 1d8 + Dexterity Mod + Proficiency damage, On a save the target takes half the damage. On using a furious Blow you may use an additional Ki point to negate any saving throws against this attack.
Starting at Level 10, your purity of body allows you to remove poisons and disease from others bodies that you wish to target in your shockwaves by releasing your inner Ki. Although it is not recommended to target your allies or random town folk, this can prevent death from strong poisons or disease on otherwise tough allies.
Inner Focus
Upon reaching level 11, your body has become fully attuned to the destruction and weight of attacks you can perform. By spending 1 Ki point before making an attack action you can focus your mind and body in preparation for the oncoming strike giving yourself advantage to your next attack. if you choose to Use a furious blow attack with Overpowering Strike, you may use an additional 2 Ki points to add a D8 to hit. On a Explosive strike your shockwaves are now harnessed into Ki controlled attacks and grant you the ability to choose your targets in the shockwave and give enemies disadvantage on saving throws to resist at the cost of 1 additional Ki point.
At level 15 your bodies Timelessness gives you peace of mind and allows you to focus more deeply upon yourself, on a successful attack made with Inner focus used you may remove any points of exhaustion you may be suffering from.
Destruction Incarnate
At level 17, Your ability to affect not only your opponents but the surrounding environment has become unrivaled by even the heartiest giant. You may strike any object, building or landmass, to cause a Devastating impact. Upon spending 3 ki points whilst using a unarmed strike you may cause any Non protected by magic (or other special means) object to be destroyed, a building to collapse or become unstable and upon hitting a landmass you cause the earth itself to rupture in a cone outwards from the point of impact. Any target caught by the rupture of the ground must make a dexterity saving throw. If the targets fail they take 6D10 force damage and are incapacitated, Upon successful saving throws the target is knocked prone and takes half damage. Upon using an Explosive strike attack you may spend an additional 1 ki point extra to cause the targets to have disadvantage on saving throws from the sheer force of the shockwaves protruding from the ground. Upon using Inner focus before your attack, the ruptures in landmasses are focused on select targets in the cone and not the whole area of effect. Destruction Incarnate can only be used once per short, Long rest or upon using 10 Ki points to regain it. All terrain effected by Devastation Incarnate is classed as Difficult terrain.
Upon reaching level 20 and perfecting your self in both spirit and body, You are able to cast Devastation incarnate empowered using 6 ki points to add 2D10 to your landmass caught targets. Using a Explosive strike with the empowered strike sends the shock waves sky high 15ft. Using an Empowered Inner Focus strike will cause each target to be left Paralyzed by on a failed saving throw as Ki pours into their body forcing it to shut down.
