Base Class: Warlock
An Ancient Green Dragon is one of the most ancient, powerful, and deceptive mortal beings in all of Toril. By the time a Green Dragon reaches the Great Wyrm status of its life, it has immense sorcerous power and control over nature rivaling that of the most powerful Archdruids. They very blood of a Green Dragon can cause vegetation to grow to immense size. When Green Dragons are slain, their remains can enrich an entire forest, making it a vibrant and beautiful place. Green Dragons had strong familial ties, and perhaps no other Dragon was more dedicated to protecting their children that a Green Dragon. However, Green Dragons also delight in corrupting and subverting good and righteous creatures and are always on the lookout for servants that can help it further its ambitions.
Green Dragons are master manipulators and the most skilled liars in Toril. Indeed, their mastery of deception rivals that of the Devils of the Nine Hells. They love to intimidate and deceive other to complete their tasks for them, allowing them to protect the lairs and hoards. They employ agents to help them spy on and sabotage nearby settlements, especially Elven cities. These agents are empowered with a portion of the Green Dragon's innate magical abilities, rewarding them with the abilities of a Warlock in exchange for helping the Green Dragon sabotage nearby cities, capture humanoids for ransom or slavery, and provide them with emeralds, beautiful wooden carvings, and valuable slaves.
Green Dragons love to corrupt inherently good creatures. They will use their Enchantment powers to slowly break the minds of those it captures before they are incoherent, babbling idiots, which the Green Dragon will only then consume. Its favored targets are Elves, especially the nature-worshipping Paladins known as the Fey Knights. Green Dragons also often have territorial conflicts with other Dragons, as their territories can sometimes overlap the swampy marshes of Black Dragons or the Arctic Taiga of White Dragons. They will usually hide their presence or even flee from these other dragons, watching them and learning their weaknesses before striking, ridding themselves of a rival and enriching their hoard in the process.
The alignment of Warlocks that make a Pact with a Green Great Wyrm can vary a fair bit, but they are always intelligent and cunning. Green Dragons are technically considered Lawful creatures, but unlike the well-ordered societies of Blue Dragons, they do not trust each other enough to form true friendships. Other than their mate, a Green Dragon will never trust another of its kind. They don't revel in decay like a Black Dragon, embrace immense destruction like a Red Dragon, or destroy anything in sight like a White Dragon, so they are rarely truly Chaotic. Most servants of a Green Dragon are Neutral Evil, Lawful Evil, Chaotic Neutral, or Neutral. Some Green Dragons manage to overcome the fell influence of Tiamat, and these Dragons often become powerful defenders of nature.
Some Warlocks that draw their power from a Chromatic Dragon secretly work to subvert and eventually destroy their masters. Great Wyrms are some of the most powerful creatures on the Material Plane, but they are still mortal, and therefore they can be killed. However, a Warlock that kills its Draconic patron will lose their magical ability, so many will prepare an Imprisonment spell to trap their Patron's soul to keep their magical powers.
The magic learned from these cunning creatures focuses on manipulating the plants of the forest, wracking the minds of enemies with powerful illusions, summoning fey creatures from beyond the Border Ethereal, leaving threatening messages where all can see, use an illusory double to spy on your surroundings, and deal poison damage.

Eyes of the Forest
Green Dragons have a great deal of control over the inhabitants of their forest lairs. Small birds and rodents spy of their territories and report threats back to the Green Dragon, and a Green Dragon's forest is often a haven for evil fey like a Green Hag coven or Yeth Hounds. The Green Dragon quickly learns to communicate with these Sylvan creatures, dominating them to serve as protectors of its territory.
At 6th level, you learn to speak, read, and write Sylvan. Additionally, as an action, you can perceive through the senses of any willing beast, dragon, or fey that is friendly to you (which includes all beasts within your Patron's territory) within 120 feet for up to one minute. While you do so, you are considered blinded and deafened with regards to your own senses. This ability is similar to the Beast Sense spell, but you do not need to touch the creature to activate it, it can affect the creatures listed above, it only lasts for one minute, and you do not need to use your action to return to your own senses. You may use this condition once and require a short rest to use it again.
Nature's Embrace
Green Dragons have a strong connection to the natural world, so much so that their blood and bones can enrich a land immensely long after they have died. Indeed, it is rumored some of the largest and darkest forests in all of Toril came about when a Great Wyrm Green Dragon passed on and entered into Guardianship, one of the forms of the Draconic afterlife. Green Dragon blood is one of the most potent fertilizers in the known world.
Your connection to your Patron has allowed you to infuse your own blood with a portion of Draconic magic. Your blood is now as toxic as that of your master. You gain immunity to poison damage and the poisoned condition, and as a reaction when taking damage from an enemy within five feet, you can fling your poisonous blood, dealing poison damage equal to one-quarter of the damage you have taken to the creature that attacked you.
Lastly, when you fall to 0 hit points and are in contact with some form of vegetation, grasses and vines grow around your body, protecting you from further damage. This vegetation must be destroyed before you can be targeted, and, while it exists, you have advantage on death saving throws. It has 5 hit points and an AC of 11. Damage in excess of the vegetation's hit points does not damage you. You can use this feature once and regain the ability to do so upon taking a long rest.
Prince of Lies
Green Dragons are masters of deception, and once they reach Great Wyrm status, their skills at misleading rival that of the Prince of Lies himself, Asmodeus. They can deceive and mislead the most righteous of creatures. So powerful are their deceptive powers, they can even lie while under a Zone of Truth. They love to mislead and deceive their opponents so they can slip past their defenses to rip them to shreds.
Beginning at 14th level, you become a master of lies. You can expertise in Deception and have advantage on all Deception skill checks. Additionally, while an enemy is unaware of your presence, you can cast one spell without using any verbal or somatic components. This not only basically guarantees your enemies will be surprised the first round of combat, it also means they will not know where you are until you choose to act again. You may use this ability once and regain the ability to do so upon completing a short rest.
