Base Class: Fighter
Warlords are martial warriors who are also master strategists. They learn how to end battles before they even begin. They learn how to fight and analyze at the same time. They also command troops, squads, and armies.
Tactical Wit
At 3rd level, you gain 4 tactical dice, which are d8. You can expend a tactical dice to gain advantage on 1 attack roll. You can also expend a dice, roll it, and add it to 1 damage roll. You regain all tactical dice after a short or long rest.
Shattering Strike
At 5th level, your strikes can overwhelm and destroy even the most formidable of foes and the toughest armor. You can expend 2 tactical dice, roll them, add them to your attack or damage roll (your choice). On a hit, the target takes a -3 penalty to it's armor class. On a crit, the penalty is -5.
Strategical awareness
You gain proficiency in Perception. You also get a +3 to initiative.
Inspiring Leadership
At 10th level, Your leadership is so powerful that it inspires your teammates. All allies within a 60 foot radius of you have advantage on ALL rolls.
Tactical Redirection
At 15th level, You can turn a miss into an advantage. When you miss a creature with a melee attack, you can redirect the attack to a creature within range. You must make a separate attack roll for the target. You can use this a number of times equal to your Constitution modifier.
Tactical Knowledge
At 18th level, you have studied all monsters and know a lot about them. You can make a History check to recall lore about a monster. Alternatively, you can learn its type, AC, HP, and more. This can be used once per short or long rest.
