Base Class: Fighter
So, this subclass is if someone wants to be really useless. Well, not useless, but just average. I made this so you could be useless but it's all on you.
Well-Rounded
You gain proficiency in a skill and an item of your choice.
Prepared
At 7th level, you can use the Ready action as a bonus action.
Sneak Attack
Being an average dude, you can stab people in the back easily.
Charming Jig
As an action, you can dance and place the charmed affect on anyone with in range (10ft). The target must be able to see you. The target must make a DC 10 charisma check. If it fails then they are charmed.
Patients of a Stone Giant
When you roll the lowest initiative, you can reroll. Being average gives you super-human willpower, and a rock hard core.
