Rogue
Base Class: Rogue

Rune Jumpers have perfected short range teleportation via the use of magical talismans. They strategically place these talismans around the battlefield, allowing them to quickly reposition, avoid attacks and launch a barrage of strikes to decimate their foes.

Talisman of Transport

The Talisman of Transport is approximately 1” wide and 2” long and appears as a small piece of paper with magical runes on it.
As an action, a Talisman of Transport can be placed on any dry surface or creature, provided it is a solid physical surface. If it is a creature, the creature must succeed on a dexterity saving throw of 8 + dexterity modifier + proficiency bonus, or have the Talisman of Transport magically adhere to them.

The talisman can be removed as an action. If the rune displayed on the Talisman of Transport becomes damaged, the Talisman of Transport becomes inactive and is destroyed.

As a bonus action, you may teleport to any Talisman of Transport within 30ft of you.

The amount of Talismans of Transport you may prepare is equal to half your rogue level rounded down, and require 10gp worth of scroll paper and magical ink per 1 Talisman of Transport to create.

Reinforced Talismans

The talisman of transport can only be removed via the use of a universal solvent or by the creator of the talismans, and can only be destroyed via a dispel magic spell, or the use of the Instant Escape trait acquired at level 13.

Instant Escape

Upon being hit by an attack, you may use your reaction to teleport to a Talisman of Transport within 30ft of you, avoiding any damage or effects the attack may have caused, and without provoking an opportunity attack.

Upon arrival, the Talisman of Transport is destroyed.

Runic Assault

You designate a single target within 30ft of you or one of your Talismans of Transport. You then unleash a flurry of attacks, teleporting between your target and each talisman you have placed around the battlefield. You may make a weapon attack on the target, and then an additional attack for each Talisman of Transport you teleport to during this attack.
Each attack is made with advantage and may cause a sneak attack according to the sneak attack rules in the players handbook.

Upon completing this attack you return to the position you were in when you triggered it, or directly behind the target of the attack.

Each talisman teleported to during this attack is destroyed.

you may use this class feature once per long rest
