Base Class: Bard
You've lived among one of the many reclusive tribes of the Material Plane. As such, you have learned to harness the raw energy of their tribal rituals, as well as the lore of the ancient world that has been widely ignored or forgotten by many mainstream scholars. While perhaps less refined than other bardic traditions, you are the morale boost that every party needs, and the story teller who keeps the nights full of wonder and memory.
Additional Proficiencies
Upon taking this subclass, your character gains proficiency in one of the following Languages: Giant, Goblin, Orc, or Draconic
In addition, your character gains proficiency in either Survival or Medicine if they did not already have them.
You double your total damage using Improvised Weapons.
Savage Anger
At level 3 you gain the ability to spend a bonus action once per short or long rest to work yourself into a state of bloodlust that lets you add an additional damage die to your next successful melee attack.
Primal Courage
Starting at level 6, once per long rest, you can spend an action to perform a rousing speech or song to your allies. For a number of rounds equal to your spellcasting modifier, any allied creatures who are within 30 ft. of you when you use this ability are unable to be made afraid by non-magical means, and they have advantage on saving throws against magically induced fear. As well, any enemy within the 30 ft. radius when this ability is used, must make a wisdom saving throw equal to the player's spell casting DC. Upon a successful save, nothing happens, but upon a failed save, that creature is now frightened for the same number of rounds, or until they take damage. Allies under the effect of this ability have advantage on attack rolls against any enemies also under the effects of this ability.
Clan Chief's Brutality
Starting at level 14, once per long rest, you can spend an action to use this ability to inspire any number of allies who can currently see you. The next successful attack roll made by any creature under the effects of this ability counts as an automatic critical hit. If a player rolls a critical hit naturally, the ability instead allows the player to roll an additional attack die on that attack.
