Monk
Base Class: Monk

A Balding man stops a punch mere inches from the face of an orc, and the orc reels backwards in pain. A Woman in a robe does a complicated series of flowing punches at seemingly nothing in front of a confused goblin. As soon as the final punch is thrown, the goblin's skull caves. An elf places two fingers inches from the bound Drow, and they begin weeping, spilling the answers the elf needs.

All of these heroes are Monks, dedicated to the unproven, yet stunningly effective art of the touch-less punch. To the outsiders it may seem like a magic, or even psionic ability. But is it? Is it merely a mental trick? Whatever the case, Monks of the touch-less punch specialize in causing heavy damage, extracting information, and long range hand-to-hand combat.

Basic Touch-Less Technique

Beginning when you choose this tradition at third level, you begin to understand the basic concepts of touch-less combat. You learn the following ki feature: Touch-less Punch

You also pick from one of the following ki features: Contact-less Flurry or Stunning Fingers

Contact-less Flurry

You may spend two ki points to activate flurry of blows with a range of ten feet.

Stunning Fingers

Using 3 ki points, You extend two fingers inches from an enemy face. If the enemy is a humanoid and fails a CON save, they roll a d6. On a 1, they fall unconscious. Otherwise, they are stunned.

Touch-Less Novice

The range of your unarmed attacks is now 15 feet.

Disruptive Spacing

Beginning at 11th level, your touch-less hits are more effective than your normal hits. Whenever you would make a touch-less attack that requires an enemy to make a saving throw, you may spend 2 ki points. They automatically fail their saving throw. You may use this feature once per short rest.

Untouched Perfection

At 17th level, you gain the ability to punch from great distance. You may use any unarmed melee attack as a ranged attack (5/120) for 2 ki points. Normal ranged attack rules apply, except that the enemy does not receive the benefits of cover as long as you can see them.
