Base Class: Warlock
In the world of Gaea, the battles and secrets of the Age of Myth remain buried deep beneath the world. But the mark on the surface remains quite palpable and easy enough to see: Wild Magic, Places of Power, Floating Islands, Legends made reality... But there is a stranger spirit that has arisen from the depths of the old: The Arbiter. A grand and massive wolf, towering over barns and spottable over rolling hills. None can make out the color of his fur, for it shifts and sways in perpetual change. The only constant that remains are the swirling pattern of runes that shift gently as he moves, and heterochromic eyes that adorn them.
"What I am... May be lost to time. But my beliefs are sound. They are pure. The will, the freedom, and the struggle are all tantamount to the preservation of life and all it's wonders. Mortals fascinate me so just for this reason; They put chains on each other, shackle them to types of slavery. Live free, live strong, die hard. These are my tenants. For this reason, I rewarded my Firstborn to the island of Malas so that the bonds we made would always be remembered.
If you would enter into a pact with me, show respect towards Life but be that wolf among sheep. Those who see who would put chains on one another? Crush them, and scatter them to the winds--I will not suffer them. If you would walk with me, show me your struggles. Speak to me, and show me your heart as you travel the world and witness it's fragile things.
Then and only then, will you know my blessings. Blessed be the little ones."
This Patron Subclass starts with the additional cantrips: Primal Savagery, or Thaumaturgy.
[Pact of the Chain is not currently available through this Patron.]

1st Level
Starting at first level, a small fragment of the patterns that surround the Arbiter lay bare on your body. Whenever a creature you can see attacks you from within 60 feet, you can use your reaction to use this mark to conjure ethereal jaws in retaliation. Make a melee spell attack roll. On a hit, the attacker takes piercing damage equal to your warlock level plus your Charisma modifier. You can use this feature a number of times equal to your Charisma modifier and these uses recover whenever you finish a long rest.
6th Level
Starting at sixth level, the fragment spreads in some fashion throughout your body. It can now manifest an aura as a reaction to grant resistance to that damage type once a round that ends at the start of your next turn. This feature can be used up to an equal to your Charisma Modifier, uses recovering fully on a long rest, or half your Warlock level on a short rest. Secondarily outside of use in combat, it emits a gentle light that shines in the dark but can be covered up easily with clothing.
10th Level
Starting at tenth level, the mark continues to spread and now covers a third of your body. Upon the first pulsating glow, a beast awakens in you fashioned from the strength of your soul. It is a part of you, but separate. A Spectral Wolf. During combat, it is considered a medium beast and uses the Dire Wolf stat block with the damage it inflicts on an attack being Radiant. As a bonus action, the Warlock can command this loyal creature to teleport to it's master's side as long as it within sight and sixty feet. Should this creature fall unconscious, it will reform in one 'in-game' day. This Spectral Wolf cannot be seen by anyone but the Warlock, those with Truesight, or Scrying.
Additionally you now speak the 'language' of wolves, and all mundane wolves do not consider you a threat and are indifferent to you unless provoked. Further, outside of hostile interactions Lupox consider you a 'pack member' and a trusted friend, granting you advantage on Persuasion checks when in both species' wolfish presences.
14th Level
Starting at fourteenth level, the mark of the Arbiter has stopped spreading, but it continues to grow in power and spiral outward in baroque filigree. The Arbiter has been pleased with your progress, speaking to you gently within your mind and soul about your next reward. The presence of your patron is overbearing, but a great blessing fills you and your spectral companion. You have truly become a champion of the struggle.
Full Metal Wolf - Your soul sparkles for the friend fashioned from within you. Your Spectral Wolf swells by one size category and it's statblock is upgraded to to the Winter Wolf(with all elemental damage/resistances changed to Radiant). A faint, celestial shimmering outline of this creature is now visible to everyone.
The Spectral Wolf gains one additional Concentration ability that lasts a minute, dubbed 'Wolfsong'. Expending the action and movement action a resounding howl echoes through the battlefield, giving any ally within sixty feet advantage on either attack rolls or saving throws at the Warlock's discretion. During this time, the Spectral Wolf is unable to move or act, only able to stop unless Wolfsong is broken or if the Warlock spends a bonus action to command it to cease the action and resume it's normal behavior.
