You slowly learn how to control the crystal curse effecting your body in many different ways both defensive and offensive and eventual even learning how to give the curse to other creatures 

Crystalline Strike

At 3rd level you learn how to channel your Ki into the crystal allowing it to spread to your other fist, as a bonus action you can cover both your hands in the crystal your unarmed strike now deals an extra 1d6 psychic damage you can also spend 1 Ki point to throw a crystal dart as a bonus action the dart deals 1d6 psychic damage  

Crystalline Gift

At 6th you learn how to spread the crystal in harmless ways, you gain the following features:

  • As an action you can touch a friendly creature and spend 2 Ki points to allow a thin layer of the crystal to spread over them if they get hit by an attack, they can use their reaction to activate the crystal and give them +3 AC for that one attack  
  • As an action you can touch a friendly creature's weapon and spend 2 Ki points coating it in crystal making their attacks deal an extra 1d6 psychic damage, this only lasts for 2 attacks 

Crystalline Armor

At 11th level you learn how to spread the crystal over the rest of your body to create armor that protects you from harm you can spend 1 Ki points to give yourself +2 AC and gain resistance to slashing and piercing damage however you also lose half your speed, as an action you can stomp on the ground and create a 15ft cone of  crystal grow from the ground dealing 2d6 slashing damage on a failed dexterity save. You must spend 1 Ki point to deactivate the armor  

Crystalline Curse

At 17th level you gain complete control over the crystal and the curse it creates, as an action you can spend 5 KI points and choose a creature you have just hit with your Crystalline Strike feature and have them slowly begin to crystallize they must make a Charisma saving on a failed save they lose 15 movement speed and have disadvantage to all dexterity checks and saves, they must use an action on their turn to do a strength saving throw to brake the crystal if they fail they lose another 5 movement speed and take disadvantage to all strength checks and saves. they can repeat the save one more time before becoming paralyzed until an ally spends a turn braking them out with a strength check
